Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a functional film which can reduce the occurrence of winding wrinkles and injuries to an inorganic film.SOLUTION: The method for producing the functional film includes a process in which slipperiness is given between the inorganic film 16 and a support 12 and between the inorganic film 16 and the support 12, a laminated film 20 having a center line average roughness (Ra) not exceeding the thickness of the inorganic film 16 is made to intervene between them, and the support 12 is taken up onto a film roll 48 under reduced pressure.
Abstract:
A lamination station for laminating a film to a web of paperboard includes a nip roller and a cooling roller. Between the rollers there is formed a nip which presses together the film and the web of paperboard with an interjacent molten polymer layer or adhesive layer disposed between the film and the web of paperboard. The film, the paperboard and the molten polymer lie, after the nip, in abutment against the cooling roller for a certain angle interval. The nip roller is a shoe-press type roller, either comprising a pressure bar having several hydraulically operated pressure elements, or comprising one or several rigid pressure bars.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a billboard of high quality by eliminating various conventional problems upon manufacturing the billboard suitable to material-recycling. SOLUTION: A continuous sheet-like body 1, functioning as a billboard base material, obtained by extrusion-molding pelletized recycled material is continuously fed by feed rolls (a) to a laminating position where heat rolls (d) are arranged. Upper and lower film sheets 2 and 3 are supplied from respective rolls (c) as their supply positions to the laminating position while adjusting the tension of the films by adjusting rolls (b), and then, the film sheets 2 and 3 are heated by the heat rolls (d) with pressure, and thermally fused on the upper and lower surfaces of the continuous sheet-like body 1, just after that, the fused upper and lower film sheets 2 and 3 are rapidly cooled by cooling rolls (e) disposed at upper and lower positions. Thereafter, the continuous sheet-like body is cut into a predetermined length, then, the foam original billboard is obtained, and printing is performed thereon. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
