PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a capsule toner having a uniform coating film without much limitation for the material of core particles to be used. SOLUTION: The capsule toner with a uniform coating film is produced by applying a spray liquid having dispersion of resin particles (B) having 0.1 to 1 μm particle size through a spray nozzle 3 on surfaces of color resin particles (A) while forming a fluidized layer of the color resin particles (A) having 3 to 10 μm volume average particle diameter by a fluidizing gas, raising the coated particles through between a container 1 and a draft tube 7 to dry the surface, and utilizing impact force applied to the coated color resin particles (A) on colliding with a first stirring blade 4 and impact force applied to the color resin particles on colliding with a mesh screen 6 when the particles are made to flow into the coating region of the spray liquid. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrophotographs having improved balance in low-temperature fixing properties, hot-offset-resistant properties, and shelf life. SOLUTION: The toner for developing electrostatic charge images contains at least one type of a binding resin, where at least two types of resins are mixed, and a crystalline polyester resin (resin (C)) whose melting point is in the range of 80°C-140°C, and a wax (W) whose penetration is 1.5 or smaller and the melting point is in the range of 80-110°C. The binding resin comprises resin (A) that has the softening point of 120-170°C, glass transition point of 58-75°C, and a chloroform insoluble fraction of 5-50 percentage by mass; and resin (B) that has the softening point of 90-120°C and the glass transition point (Tg) of 58-75°C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fine resin particle dispersion liquid which can be used for producing toners capable of forming high quality images and has a narrow particle size distribution width. SOLUTION: The method for producing a fine resin particle dispersion liquid is characterized by comprising a melting process, a phase inversion emulsification process for adding the first aqueous medium to the obtained melted state resin particles in a prescribed ratio, a dilution process for adding the second aqueous medium to the high pressure resin fine particle dispersion liquid, and a gradually cooling gradually pressure-reducing process, wherein a pressure P2 at the first aqueous medium-added position, and pressures P1 and P3 at the just front and just rear positions satisfy P1>P3>P2; a pressure P5 at the second aqueous medium-added position, and pressures P4 and P6 at the just front and just rear positions satisfy P4>P6>P5; and the retention times T1, T2 and T3 in the melting process, the phase inversion emulsification process, and both the processes of the dilution process and the gradually cooling gradually pressure-reducing process satisfy relations of T2>T3>T1 and T2=(1.2 to 2.0)×T1. SOLUTION: In a melting and kneading step, at least a binder resin and a coloring agent are melted and kneaded to obtain a melt kneaded product. In a melt kneaded product particle dispersion step, the melt kneaded product is pulverized at a temperature higher by 50-100°C than its softening temperature by use of a high-pressure homogenizer, and melt kneaded product particles with a volume average particle size of 0.1-0.4 μm are dispersed in a liquid medium. In a coagulation step, the melt kneaded product particles contained in the slurry of the melt kneaded product particles are coagulated while raising the temperature at a rate of 0.5-4.0°C/min. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner particle improving dispersibility of a colorant and a release agent, and achieving a satisfactory particle size distribution, and to provide a method for producing the toner particle, a two component developer, a developing device, and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: Toner raw materials comprising a polymerizable monomer, a colorant, a release agent or the like are mixed in a raw material mixing step (S1); and the mixture is emulsified under pressure in an emulsifying step (S2) so as to obtain a polymerizable composition. The polymerizable composition is cooled in a cooling step (S3), and the cooled polymerizable composition is decompressed in a decompression step (S4). In the polymerizable composition obtained in this way, the colorant and the release agent are uniformly finely dispersed, and polymerization reaction is performed in a polymerization step (S5), thereby obtaining toner particles with uniform particle diameters and a sharp particle size distribution. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a toner having excellent image reproducibility, for forming a high quality image having high definition and high resolution, and also having excellent transparency and low temperature fixability. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a toner where resin particles are at least mixed with a coloring agent, the mixture is aggregated, and the obtained aggregated matter is heated, so as to obtain toner particles, a fixing resin is atomized by an atomizing method comprising: a coarse powder preparation stage S1; a slurry preparation stage S2; a pulverization stage S3; a cooling stage S4; and a pressure reducing stage S5, wherein the slurry of binding resin coarse powder obtained by the stage S1 and the stage S2 passes through a pressure resistant nozzle under heating-pressure in the stage S3, thus the binding resin coarse powder is pulverized, so as to obtain the resin particles, and the coarsening of the resin particles can be prevented by providing the stage S4 and the stage S5 directly after the stage S3.
