    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor composite membrane that is not only excellent in its printing characteristics but also easy to control the phase state of the film being formed, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the membrane. SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor material (a) and polymeric material (b) different from the organic semiconductor material (a) are dissolved in a solvent (c), and an ink (3) in which fine particle materials (d) are dissipated in the solvent (c) is prepared. A material layer (3a) in which the ink (3) is used is formed on a substrate (1) by a printing method. The organic semiconductor material (a) and polymeric material (b) in the material layer (3a) are not only phase separated in a direction of the film thickness, but also solidified by removing the solvent (c) in the material layer (3a). This forms the semiconductor composite membrane (5) where not only a semiconductor thin film layer (5a) containing the organic semiconductor material (a) and an insulating thin film layer (5b) containing the polymeric material (b) are laminated, but also the fine particle material (d) is dissipated.
