Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an insulated coil exhibiting excellent withstand voltage characteristics and high thermal conductivity in which an inorganic particle layer can be formed between mica flake layers while making the thickness of the insulation layer not increased. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is characterised in that the surface of a mica layer sheet where a glass cloth is stuck, is coated with a mixture of inorganic particles having a thermal conductivity of 5 W/mK or above, resin and a solvent to form a mixture layer of the inorganic particles, the resin and the solvent. The mixture layer is then cut by means of a doctor blade and pressed to provide a high thermal conduction layer. Subsequently, the mica sheet provided with the high thermal conduction layer is cut to produce a mica insulation tape which is wound around a coil conductor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make good winding of tape and to obtain appropriate flexibility by impregnating the resin consisting of an acid anhydride and an epoxy resin, and hardening after forming a main insulation layer winding the insulating tape which retains a hardening accelerator and drying previously. CONSTITUTION:Each one or more monoalkyl ether of a metal acetyl acetonate, an acid anhydride and monoethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol are reacted as a hardening accelerator and the obtained product is retained in an insulating tape made of a synthetic mica tape. Then, a main insulation layer is formed by winding the tape and after dried previously, the resin of main components of an acid anhydride and an epoxy resin is impregnated in the main insulation layer and the layer is hardened. This method avoids that the hardening accelerator is volatilized and dispersed even by previous drying and improves taping works.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To manufacture a stabilizer coil without the need of varnish impregnation process by a method wherein an insulating resin sheet once softened under heating and thereafter hardened is used instead of craft insulating paper. CONSTITUTION:An electric wire 7 is wound around a bobbin 6 in alignment in the form of multilayers. At this time, a resin sheet 8 is interposed between each pair of adjacent layers. The resin sheet 8 is formed of such a resin, e.g., epoxy resin, that is once softened under heating and thereafter hardened. A core 9 is inserted in the coil 4, which is pressed by pressure plates 10 from above and below as well as the left and right and then heated. The resin sheet 8 is deformed under heating to fill up gaps between wires and thereafter hardened. By so doing, it becomes possible to fill up an insulator for insulating the coil without the need of varnish impregnation process, and hence to facilitate the manufacture. In addition, the coil can be reduced in its size.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a lead wire for electrical apparatus which has a high heat resistant temperature, does not interface hardening of insulating varnish and can be used in wide application field by providing a thin film of resin composition, hardening it with irradiation of electron beam and simultaneously bridging to the lower polyethylene. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene insulated wire 1, in conductor diameter of 1mm. and insultor thickness of 1mm., is applied to a coating vessel 3 which accommodates electron beam hardening resin composition 2 mixing butylmethacryl acid as the viscosity adjusting agent to urethane deforming methacryl resin, it is squeezed with a dice 4 in order to eliminate excessive composition, and thereby a coated film of thickness several tins mum is formed. The coated film is hardened by being irradiated by electron beam of 1.5M rad from the electron beam irradiating apparatus 5 and simultaneously the polyethylene insulating coat is bridged and is wound around a drum 6. Since the bridged polyethylene insulating coat is provided, it has a high heat resistant temperature as compared with a PVC lead wire and superiors in resistivity to styrene. If it is bent at a low temperature, no crack is generated on the coat.
