Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing and a method for bearing a shaft of a rotor, which are adaptable for various applications for bearing the shaft of the rotor, reduce weight, and save on a space. SOLUTION: This bearing 200 is provided with a pair of storage parts 206, 208 for storing a plurality of balls 210 each to bear the shaft of the rotor 204 so as to rotate for an annular supporting body 202. In each storage part, a flat section 206 (208) and a curved section 214 (218) extending in the axial direction from the flat section and curved so as to store the ball 210 are annularly formed along the peripheral direction, height of an edge of the flat section is larger than height of the stored ball, and height of an edge of the curved section is smaller than height of the stored ball. The pair of storage parts are fitted into the supporting body 202 while the curved section 214 of the storage part 206 on one side, faces the curved section 218 of the storage part 208 on the other side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film carrying reactive polymer which can be used appropriately as a separator for manufacturing a battery provided with sufficient adhesion between an electrode/separator and to provide a method for manufacturing the battery using such reactive polymer carrying porous film. SOLUTION: The separator for the battery is manufactured by having first and second layers of reactive polymer carried on a base porous film in this order. The first and the second reactive polymer layers are obtained by reacting and cross-bridging first and the second cross-bridging polymers which have provided in their molecules one kind of a first reactive group selected from an oxetanyl group and an epoxy group and a second reactive group reacting with isocyanate group with multi-organic functions isocyanate. At this time, the first cross-bridging polymer is provided with a glass transition temperature of 10 to 50°C and the second cross-bridging polymer is provided with a glass transition temperature which is within a range of 45 to 80°C and at the same time which is higher than that for the first cross-bridging polymer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed conductive roller in which cell diameters and the width of cell diameter distribution are small, and the dispersion of hardness and electric resistance is suppressed and which does not cause environmental pollution when disposed of. SOLUTION: The foamed conductive roller has a foamed conductive layer which uses a polyurethane composition and in which the average of the cell diameters is 100 μm or below, and the dispersion of the cell diameters ▵D is 50 μm or below. The dispersion of hardness ▵Hs is 8 or below. The circumferential nonuniformity of the electric resistance of the roller is 1.3 or below. With regard to the foamed conductive layer of the roller, in detail, a thermosetting one-liquid type urethane composition is expanded mechanically and cured immediately at a thermosetting critical temperature or above. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film carrying a reactive polymer for a separator having low internal resistance and sufficient adhesiveness between an electrode and the separator suitable for manufacturing a battery with a high rate property, and to provide a manufacturing method of the battery using the porous film carrying the reactive polymer. SOLUTION: The porous film carrying reactive polymer for the battery separator is formed by making a polymer with a cross-linking property having at least one kind of reactive group selected from a 3-oxetanyl group and an epoxy group react with polycarbonate, and making the porous film as a base material carry the partially cross-linked reactive polymer. The manufacturing method of the battery includes a process of adhering the porous film to the electrode by injecting electrolyte liquid including a catalyst for cationic polymerization in a battery case, after arranging a laminated body of the electrode and the porous film carrying the reactive polymer in the battery case.
