The quality prediction device includes a data extraction part which extracts result data from a result data storage part, a retrieval table generation part which generates a retrieval table used to retrieve the result data having a process variable value similar to a process variable value of a product as an object of quality prediction based upon the extracted result data, and a prediction part which extracts the result data having the process variable value similar to the process variable value of the product as the object of quality prediction, and predicts the quality of the product as the object of quality prediction based upon the extracted result data.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation structure of a water cooling pipe which is installed in a heating furnace, has a high heat insulation property and is highly durable.SOLUTION: The heat insulation structure of a water cooling pipe covers the surroundings of a water cooling pipe 1 installed in a heating furnace and has a configuration in which a plurality of annular refractory blocks 4 surrounding the water cooling pipe are stacked in the extending direction of the water cooling pipe. On the stacking direction end surface 6 of the refractory blocks, an annular slope surface is formed at least partly which is inclined in a diameter direction with respect to a plane with a normal in the stacking direction. The refractory block is divided into at least two in an annular peripheral direction. The masonry joint position of the peripheral direction division surface of one of the pair of stacked refractory block and the masonry joint position of the peripheral direction division surface of the other refractory block are shifted in the annular peripheral direction.

The bearing force is therefore expected to be improved by the sub frame members 72, 73 without excessively increasing the width and plate-thickness dimensions of the main frame member 71, and so the common square steel pipe for each of upper and lower floors can be used for the main frame member 71.
