摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily and effectively bonding tubes at least one of which is formed of a resin. SOLUTION: The bonding device of a bonded body in which one end of a tubular material at least the outer peripheral face of which is formed of the resin is inserted into the opening part of a joint of a resin with laser beam transmittability and a laser absorbing body is arranged between the inner peripheral face of the joint and the outer peripheral face of the tubular material, has a laser beam irradiating means for irradiating with laser beam, a rotating means for circumferentially rotating the laser beam irradiating means around the tube, an axial direction moving means for moving the laser beam irradiating means in the axial direction of the tube, and a resin flowing means for raising the flowability of the resin melted by the laser by irradiating the periphery by the laser beam irradiating means. 摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process which has not only moisture-permeable property and water resistance but also excellent heat resistance, weathering resistance and durability so as to be usable for industrial materials such as a waterproof sheet of housing, further does not volatilize a large amount of solvents such as a solvent type adhesive for use in a dry laminate, and less affects an environment when a composite sheet is manufactured by joining a porous film and an air-permeable reinforcement material. SOLUTION: When the air-permeable reinforcement material is coated with a hot melt adhesive to adhere the olefine type porous film, the process comprises providing a roll first contact-bonding from the side of an olefine type porous film as a heating roll, setting the temperature of the heating roll in the range of from a temperature higher by 5°C to a temperature lower by 15°C than that of the extrapolated melting completion temperature of the olefine type porous film indicated by a differential scanning calorimetry, further setting the time for bringing the heating roll into contact with the olefine type porous film at 0.25 to 0.75 sec., and simultaneously carrying out joining treatment by thermal contraction treatment of the olefine type porous film and a hot melt adhesive.
