    Abstract: PURPOSE: To make a ring circuit and a chord melody signal into one chip by outputting data stored in a ring melody data ROM part by an inputted ring input signal at the time of application of a voltage signal in a certain voltage range in the ring mode. CONSTITUTION: A signal-RG/MEL is controlled by the turning-on/off operation of a button attached to a telephone set to select the ring generation mode and the melody generation mode. When an operation start voltage set in an operation start voltage detection part 2 is applied by a ring signal applied from the outside, a control part 3 applies an enable signal in the ring mode to an envelope output part 6 and applies an address signal A0 -A6 in the ring mode to a ring melody data ROM part 5. In the melody mode where a melody signal is generated, the enable signal is applied to the envelope output part 6 and the address signal A0 -A6 in the melody mode is applied to the ring melody data ROM part 5, and the ring melody data ROM part 5 applies chord determination data to ϕ3 to ϕ 5 to a chord generation part 8.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To form a stable protein-lipid complex by supplying a vegetable source material and liquid milk byproduct in specified proportions in a high impact crushing device to prepare a slurry, separating a liquid phase from the slurry, and concentrating and drying. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable source material and liquid milk byproduct are contiguously supplied into a high impact crushing device in such a manner that the solid to liquid ratio is >=1/4 (kg/l) to prepare a slurry. Then the slurry is separated into a liquid phase of stable protein-lipid complex soln. and a solid residue. The separated liquid phase is concentrated and dried to obtain a protein-lipid complex having excellent stability against oxidation and high resistance against enzyme putrefaction. First, the liquid milk byproduct is heated at a temp. between about 80 deg.C and boiling point, and the pH is controlled by adding alkali to neutralize the slurry.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the titled high-purity soybean protein suitable as a meatlike food, etc., by converting defatted soybean into tissues, extracting saccharides with an aqueous solution of an acid, alkali, etc., separating solid from liquid and then drying the resultant solid. CONSTITUTION:Defatted soybeans 1 after removing fats and oils from soybeans are fed to an extruder processing step 2 and subjected to denaturation and tissue formation treatment. The resultant defatted soybeans subjected to the tissue formation treatment are then dipped and mixed with an aqueous solution of an acid, such as hydrochloric acid or organic acid, an alkali, such as sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, or water-soluble organic solvent, such as ethyl alcohol, to extract and remove saccharides. The obtained mixture solution after the extraction treatment is subsequently fed to a solid-liquid separating step 4, such as wire net filter, and separated into an extract solution and solid. The above-mentioned extract solution is then discharged to the outside of the system and the solid is introduced into a drying step 5 to afford the aimed tissual concentrated soybean protein 6.
