This core member (inner core part 31) is configured by combining a plurality of molded hardening bodies 31a, 31b, 31c including soft magnetic powder for 75 vol.% or less and thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin. At least one of surfaces at which each of the molded hardening bodies 31a, 31b, 31c are joined together in the core member (inner core part 31) is a surface along the direction of magnetic flux.

摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor with a cooler having an excellent cooling effect as compared with a conventional reactor.SOLUTION: A reactor adopts a core of a soft magnetic material covering the inside and outer periphery of a coil. Coolers are disposed on both sides of the core. A laminated body of the core and the coolers is pressurised in a laminating direction. By pressurizing in the laminated direction, the core and the coolers are closely stuck with each other, and heat transfer efficiency from the core to the coolers is improved. In the reactor, the core is a flat body having thickness in the laminating direction thinner than the vertical length of a surface turning in the laminating direction, and thinner than lateral direction. By thinning the thickness in the laminating direction of the core, the heat of a coil center part is promptly transferred to the coolers contacting with the core on both sides.
