SOLUTION: In this matching circuit in which a main-matching block 101 and a sub-matching block 102 are connected in series, the sub-matching b102 when a block is written as b in short includes: a series matching b110 of which the one end is connected in series to the main-matching b101; and a parallel matching network 170 connected to the other end of the series matching b110. When an AC frequency is a first frequency f 1 , the connection point of the series matching b110 and a first parallel matching b111 is alternatingly set in an open state, and the connection point of the first parallel matching b111 and a second parallel matching b112 is alternatingly set in a short-circuit state. When the AC frequency is the first frequency f 1 , impedance matching is performed by the main-matching b101 and the series matching b110, and when the AC frequency is the second frequency f 2 , impedance matching is performed by the main-matching b101 and the sub-matching b102.
