    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bar soap capable of forming as a finished product without passing through a layering process for 60-90 days after die molding which is usually carried out by using sodium stearate instead of water as a bar soap component and mixing sodium stearate with other various kinds of components. SOLUTION: A foam detergent such as coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide is mixed with a coconut oil fatty acid sarcosine sodium or lauryldimethylamine oxide solution, a humectant such as dense glycerol and/or 1,3-butylene glycol, an emulsifier such as polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene lanolin and sodium stearate and the mixture is melted by heating and cast into a mold and taken out from the mold to provide a finished product without passing through a laying process.

CONSTITUTION: Solids are molded by using an elastic mold 10 having a molding cavity 11, which is made of elastic material and at which an inlet 12 is provided. In this method, a cavity expanding process, a first process of charging contents, a second process of charging contents and a cooling process are equipped. Then, at least after the first or the second charging process is executed, the cavity expanding process is executed. In the cavity expanding process, the molding cavity 11 is expanded. In the first process of charging contents, first liquid contents A are charged from the inlet of the elastic mold 10. I the second process of charging contents, second solid contents are charged from the inlet of the elastic mold 10. In the cooling process, the molding cavity 11 is contracted and cooled for solidifying.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To provide a method and apparatus therefor designed to fully exclude bubbles developed inside an elastic mold in producing a decorative food product. CONSTITUTION:An elastic mold 1 fixed onto a belt conveyor 3 is moved over a packing pressure chamber 5 and stopped. The chamber 5 is then raised with a lift (not shown) and a sealing member 18 provided at the upper peripheral edge of the chamber 5 is firmly attached to the fixing frame 19 of the belt conveyor 3 to put the mold 1 into the chamber 5. Thence, the chamber 5 is brought to a negative pressure state using a pressure control unit 4 to expand the mold 1 because the opening 9 of the mold 1 communicates with the air. In this state, a spray nozzle 20 is made to descend close to the filling part 8 of the mold 5, and a fluid chocolate with viscosity lower than and fluidity higher than a second one to be filled later is sprayed on the inside of the filling part 8 from a nozzle tip through pressurized air.

Specifically, it is recommended that a conveyor 4 be fitted with the mold-holding part 2 and the mold 10 turned out passed through the tunnel-shaped warming chamber 20 provided along the conveyor 4 to warm the mold with the hot air fed into the chamber.

Then the shaped article 5 is peeled off and taken out by enlarging volume of the elastic mold 1 and neck part of the shaped article 5 is fixed into the second mold 11 and simultaneously a second framed soap base 6 is packed into the second mold 2 together to cover the shaped article 5 and the second framed soap base 6 is solidified.
