The nearly-flat output waveguide (220) includes an output surface and at least one end edge input surface (222) nearly perpendicular to the output surface. The coupling waveguide (210) includes (i) an input surface (212) receiving output of the illumination source and containing nearly equal surface area with that of the base layer of the illumination source (70), and (ii) an output surface (214) providing light to the end edge input surface (222) of the output waveguide and containing nearly equal surface area with that of the end edge input surface (222) of the output waveguide (220).

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize manufacture of transducers in a batch unit, by forming a plurality of pressure sensors for composing the transducers by sputtering an electrode pattern on a glass plate, and by separately breaking them into individual sensors. SOLUTION: The collective manufacture of pressure capacitance transducer with a glass diaphragm or the like in a batch unit is started from a glass sheet with a thickness based on a pressure range or the like. For example, the glass sheet is set to a plate with specific dimensions by a breaking along a scratch line, and a capacitor electrode or the like is formed on the plate by sputtering treatment. Then, glass frit or a crossover tab such as silver are screen-printed. Each plate for forming a capacitor is fixed for treating in a vacuum oven, pressure in the capacitor is reduced, and at the same time, a joint part is sealed. The jointed plate is subjected to, for example, a pressure cycle test or the like and is broken along the scratch line, thus obtaining a number of sensors.
