    摘要： PURPOSE: To easily remove a protective sheet by eliminating the fixing of a protective rubber member and a seal rubber member after pressure molding treatment by providing an air passing means to the contact surface with the seal rubber member of the protective rubber member and/or the contact surface with the protective rubber member of the seal rubber member. CONSTITUTION: A material 8 to be subjected to pressure molding is arranged on a flat member 5 and the whole surface thereof is covered with a protective rubber member 10. A seal rubber member 4 is superposed on the protective rubber member 10 and the material 8 is subjected to pressure molding so as to hold a retaining mold and the material 8 between both members 4, 10 and the flat member 5. After pressure molding is completed, a pressure medium is introduced into a pressure medium housing space 13 from a pressure medium supply and discharge pipe 18. By this constitution, air can easily pass through the gap between the protective rubber member 10 and the seal rubber member 4. Therefore, the protective rubber member 10 and the seal rubber member 4 can be easily peeled.

Then, compressed air is Introduced therein from the compressed air inlet 16a so as to press the prefoamed part 14b of the pliable sheet 14 against the fiber reinforced material 13. Namely, the mold surface and pliable sheet 14 serve to define a cavity 15 with fiber reinforced material 13 filled therein. Following this, the mold !s subjected to temperature up, and decompression is effected through a discharge port 19 or an injection port 20. Next, RIM nylon is melted to be infected from the infection port 20, and further the pliable sheet 14 is applied by a secondary pressure in order to discharge surplus resin from the discharge port 19 through a resin reservoir 18.
