PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner resin composition for metallic PP (pilfer-proof) caps which shows good injection moldability, causes no wax floating phenomenon, has thermal resistance and impact resistance enough to endure retort sterilization for 30 minutes at 125°C, causes neither leakage due to thermal shrinkage nor leakage due to a fall, shows good openability, and has a good gas barrier property. SOLUTION: The liner resin composition for metallic PP caps includes: (a) 10 to 30 wt.% of a hydrogenated styrene/isoprene-based elastomer having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 0 under a load of 21.18 N (2.16 kgf) at 230°C (i.e. non-flowable under the condition); (b) 12 to 50 wt.% of a polyisobutylene-based elastomer of a composition obtained by dynamically crosslinking isobutylene-based polymer having an alkenyl group at its end by a hydrosilyl group-containing compound in the presence of a crystalline polypropylene; (c) 10 to 20 wt.% of a polypropylene-based resin; (d) 20 to 40 wt.% of liquid paraffin; and (e) 3 to 15 pts.wt. of a lubricant composed of silicone oil (i) and an amide wax (ii), based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of (a), (b), (c) and (d). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based plastisol composition, wherein evaporation and scattering of a plasticizer upon baking at high temperature is low, corrosion of a cap is suppressed, elution of the plasticizer to beverage contents is also low, and lining work efficiency and required performance which a sealing material should essentially have is satisfied, and a crimp cap for beverage bottling using the same. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based plastisol composition contains: (A) a vinyl chloride resin; (B) 65-85 pts.mass of a plasticizer including bis(isononyl)cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylate as an essential component based on 100 pts.mass of the vinyl chloride resin, (C) 20-60 pts.mass of a filler including precipitated barium sulfate as an essential component based on 100 pts.mass of the vinyl chloride resin, (D) a foaming agent, and (E) 0.5-1.5 pts.mass of a lubricant based on 100 pts.mass of the vinyl chloride resin. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid sealant composition which prevents viscosity lowering and hardly flows inside a lid structure when applied to a container lid and subsequently subjected to a hot-forming. SOLUTION: The lid sealant composition in a liquid or paste form contains (A) a block polyisocyanate prepared by blocking an isocyanate group, (B) a compound containing an active hydrogen group and (C) a viscosity lowering inhibitor with an average particle size of 0.1-10.0 μm. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride plastisol composition having excellent corrosion resistance, resistant to the deterioration of the corrosion resistance even in the case of using a chemically processed steel plate as the material for a cap body and absolutely free from food hygienic problem and a cap for a bottled food or drink produced by using the plastisol composition, and to provide a vinyl chloride plastisol composition enabling easy opening of a cap, constantly keeping a cap opening torque within an allowable range and suppressed contamination with a lubricant dropped into the bottled food, etc., and a cap for a bottled food or drink produced by using the plastisol composition.
