PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for directly producing an amylase including a glucoamylase from a raw or processed starch efficiently and quickly, by properly mixing and cultivating an Aspergillus bacterium and Rhizopus bacterium.SOLUTION: An α-amylase and the glucoamylase are produced with the raw starch to which the mixedly cultivated Rhizopus bacterium and Aspergillus bacterium are added, and also through control of the ratio and a cultivating time of the Rhizopus bacterium and the Aspergillus bacterium to be added, the production amount of the α-amylase and the glucoamylase is adjusted. The activity of the glucoamylase is also improved by equalizing or increasing the ratio of the Aspergillus bacterium to the Rhizopus bacterium.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tag which improves an SN ratio, can be set at a required place without increasing an area of the tag, and has no limit to data size.SOLUTION: A transmitter 1 simultaneously makes a transmitting portion 15A transmit a light signal A including predetermined information and predetermined frequency components, and makes a transmitting portion 15B transmit a light signal B which is a synchronization reversed signal of the light signal A. In a receiver 2, an incident portion 20, and photo diodes 21A and 21B are installed so as to simultaneously receive the light signal A by the photo diode 21A and receive the light signal B by the photo diode 21B, when a tag area regulated by the transmitting portions 15A and 15B is positioned in a normal direction of an incidence surface. In a case that both electrical signals which are photoelectrically converted by the photo diodes 21A and 21B include predetermined frequency components, predetermined information is obtained from a signal obtained by composing those electric signals.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutter suppression device which effectively suppresses fixed clutter from range profiles of a wide-band radar.SOLUTION: On reception of range profiles of a reflected wave of detection pulses of a radar, segment threshold determination means 12 segments each range profile into cells and determines whether or not an average value of intensity of the reflected wave in each of the cells has exceeded a prescribed threshold Th. Occurrence probability calculation means 13 counts a frequency with which the average value has exceeded the threshold Th in each cell, with respect to a prescribed number of detection pulses and calculates, from the count value, an occurrence probability that the average value of intensity of the reflected wave exceeds the threshold Th within a certain time in each cell. Weighted integral processing means 14 outputs an integral range profile for each cell with respect to a prescribed number of range profiles, by weighted integral with the occurrence probability in the cell as a weighting coefficient.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection system capable of reducing a commercial price by comparing whether or not laser light is radiated with a detectable range, and further, even when any other light than laser light is present, detecting the light with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In a detection system 1, a transmitter 3i irradiates a solar cell of a receiver 5 with laser light to which fluctuation has been given corresponding to a digital signal of a digital signal generating part. The receiver 5 receives light utilizing power generation by the solar cell in a solar cell power generator and further efficiently removes influences of disturbance utilizing a detection signal of an environmental light detecting part, in a differential part. Thus, an irradiation determining part can highly accurately determine whether or not the solar cell is irradiated with laser light. Moreover, in a data extracting part, processing for extracting digital data included in laser light, with which the solar cell is irradiated, can be implemented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
