    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make possible to charge an approriate quantity of hydraulic oil in accordance with a detected temperature, by using a nozzle including an inner cylinder which is slidable relative to an outer cylinder and which is provided at its front end with a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A worker inserts an inner cylinder 5 into an oil charge pipe 2 in an automatic speed change gear 1 until a stopper 8 on a nozzle 3 abuts against the opening end of the oil charge pipe 2. After setting the nozzle 3, when a solenoid valve 21 is opened, hydraulic oil is sucked and recovered into a recovery rank 19 under vacuum action in the recovery tank 19. When air is sucked into through the front end of the nozzle 3, a vacuum switch 22 turned on to close the solenoid valve 21. A control device 17 computes the quantity of oil to be replenished in accordance with a temperature detected by a temperature sensor 14, and gives an instruction concerning a stroke to a pump 19. Solenoid valves 28, 34, 33 are opened to operate an air cylinder by an amount corresponding to the stroke instruction so that the replenishment is carried out.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize a higher accuracy of an optical adjustment with quantitative determination of a cut line by arranging a horizontal cut line and a skew cut line to be in a gap between each pair of cut line light receiving sensors opposed to each other perform an optical axis adjustment. CONSTITUTION:Among arrangement patterns of low beam irradiation lights of a head lamp irradiated onto a screen 3, a cut line C comprising a horizontal cut line C1 as dark-light border line and a skew cut line C2 successive thereto is caught to adjust an optical axis. In other words, a body is made precisely to face a screen 3 which has cut line light receiving sensors 11-14 arranged sandwiching the lines C1 and C2 and a reference light receiving sensor 15 corresponding to a bright part (a) of the light arrangement patters. Then, based on a body height data actually measured with a body height sensor, the heights of the screen 3 and the body are matched. Subsequently, output of the sensor 11-14 are compared with an output of the sensor 15 to sends a direction for a correcting direction necessary for the entry of an optical axis within a prescribed range. Then, based on the direction, a direction of the optical axis is adjusted so that the line C will be in a gap between the sensors 11-14 opposed to each other in pairs.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To measure the belt tension with sufficiently high accuracy by bending and deforming a belt by a specific amount and measuring its bending reaction. CONSTITUTION:The titled instrument is provided with two rollers 1 and 1' which contact with one surface of the belt 3 at a prescribed interval and an oscillating arm 2 is brought into contact with the other surface of the belt 3 at the central position of the rollers 1 and 1'. Then, a prescribed amount of compulsory bending deformation is caused on the belt by displacing the rollers 1 and 1' by a specific amount in a direction to cross at right angles substantially to the belt surface by a shift means 4. The reaction caused by the bending deformation is transmitted to a load meter 15 via the oscillating arm 2 movable nearly orthogonally to the belt surface and converted into an electrical signal and displayed by a display means 17. Hereby, the belt tension can be measured with the sufficiently high accuracy naturally in an area with the low tension and even in an area with the high tension of the belt.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the measurement accuracy by placing a load of torque before measurement and then measuring torque after the load is removed. CONSTITUTION:When a main switch 20 is turned on, the switch 21 of a motor 1 in a braking circuit 16 and the switch 31 of a braking mechanism turns on interlocking each other. Consequently, while a 1st roller 8 is fixed, torque is applied from the motor 1 to a 1st roller 8 to places the load of torque while turning on a torque detection part (which turns on simultaneously with the ON operation of the switch 20). When the torque output reaches a specific value, the switch 21 of the motor 1 and the switch 31 of the braking mechanism turn off. The switch 41 of a zero adjusting circuit, on the other hand, turns on accordingly to make a zero adjustment of the torque output. After the zero adjustment, the switch 51 of a torque display part turns on to display '0'. Then, a torque measurement is taken to reduce the quantity of variation in zero point and the measuring operation is accurately performed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reproduce the actual traveling performance of a tested vehicle and obtain a high-reliability test result and to automate various tests by placing all wheels on the vehicle to be tested on traveling belts and supporting the rear or front part of the vehicle freely. CONSTITUTION:A belt traveling device 3 is equipped with traveling belts 10 which run while all wheels 14 and 15 of the vehicle 13 to be tested are mounted. A vehicle support device 4 is installed nearby at least one end of the device 3, bears the rear end of the vehicle 13, and makes a couple of vehicle clampers 52 for holding the rear end follow up the behavior of the vehicle 13. Consequently, a traveling test is conducted while the vehicle 13 is placed in the same environment with actual traveling environment through the belts 10 corresponding to a road surface state, so the test result matching with the actual traveling state is obtained as compared with a test conducted while the wheels are mounted on a rotary drum, and the actual vehicle traveling performance is reproduced. Further, the true behavior state is maintained 52 in traveling environment without restricting or changing the behavior of the vehicle 13, so the high-reliability test result is obtained in the same environment with actual vehicle traveling.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure a high accuracy of phase matching by measuring the eccentric phase with the load wheel kept horizontally with the phase control given, detecting the RFV mark with the tire set upright along with the phase control and then securing the preset state after giving a collation between the eccentric phase and the RFV mark. CONSTITUTION:The eccentric phase measurement of load wheel 2 plus the eccentric phase control process A, the RFV mark detection of tire 1 plus the mark phase control process B, and preset process C are all arranged cubically and approximately via the space on tact conveyor 3 functioning as a carrier device. Both wheel 2 received the phase control at process A and upright tire 1 received the mark phase control at process B are preset automatically in the carrying period of one carrying pitch P of conveyor 3. As a result, the phase shift can be minimized between tire 1 and wheel 2, and furthermore the arrangement of the processes is possible just by giving a slight modification to the existing line.
