PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cation-modified polyolefin aqueous emulsion usable in various applications.SOLUTION: The cation-modified polyolefin aqueous emulsion is obtained, e.g. by a method for producing a cation-modified polyolefin aqueous emulsion by bonding a compound having a primary amino group and a tertiary amino group to a polyolefin having an acid anhydride structure by amidation and/or imidation to form a cation-modified polyolefin having a tertiary amino group. In the cation-modified polyolefin aqueous emulsion, it is preferable that the cation-modified polyolefin has an amino group, and it is more preferable that the amino group is a tertiary and/or a quaternary amino group, and the amino group is bonded through an amide bond and/or an imide bond. A method for producing the cation-modified polyolefin aqueous emulsion is also disclosed.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microtubule assembled structure obtained by assembling many tubular structures formed with polysaccharide, and to provide a method for producing the microtubule assembled structure.SOLUTION: The microtubule assembled structure as the assembled body of microtubular bodies is formed with polysaccharide in which monosaccharide composing the main chain takes a pyranose structure, and which can take sheet-like conformation ranged by the bond of hydroxyl groups lying in the equatorial of the chair structure thereof. The method for producing a microtubule assembled structure is characterized in that a vessel storing a polysaccharide-containing solution containing the polysaccharide is inserted into a refrigerant, thus the solvent in the polysaccharide-containing solution is freeze-grown in the vertical upper direction of the refrigerant liquid face, and thereafter, the frozen solvent is removed.
