Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To vary the permissible amount of deformation of a seating surface of a net seat of which the seating surface is composed of a net body. SOLUTION: The net seat 1 has the seating surface 7 composed of the net body 13 stretched to be installed and the net body 13 has segments varying in the permissible amount of expansion. The net body 13 is mounted with a regulating member 40 abutting the surface of the net body 13, by which the permissible amount of expansion of the net body 13 in the segment provided with the regulating member 40 is regulated. The permissible amount of the expansion in the prescribed area of the net body 13 is varied, by which the permissible amount of the deformation is varied depending upon the segments of the seating surface 7. The permissible amount of the deformation of the seating surface is adjusted in compliance with the varying magnitude of the load exerted by the seating, by which the feel of seating can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat with a striker having an integrally molded resin member and metal member. SOLUTION: The vehicular seat having the striker 2 includes a bracket 5 made of metal provided on one member of the vehicular seat; and the striker 2 mounted to the bracket 5 with a bolt 6. The striker 2 has a metal mounting part 3b made of metal inserted with the bolt 6; and a resin body 4a made of resin integrally molded with the metal mounting part 3b. The metal mounting part 3b has a metal mounting surface 3b1 abutted on the bracket 5 and the resin body 4a has a resin flat surface 4a1 with an approximately same surface with the metal mounting surface 3b1 adjacent to the metal mounting surface 3b1. The bracket 5 has an abutment surface 5a1 abutted on the metal mounting surface 3b1 of the metal mounting part 3b; and a base surface 5a2 opposed to the striker 2 in the state that clearances 2a, 2b are formed between the striker 2 and it, and a terminal end 11c1 of a skin 11c of one member is arranged in the clearances 2a, 2b. Abstract: A tilt-type headrest mounted on an upper horizontal portion of an arched support rod to be mounted on a backrest of a passenger seat, which headrest includes a headrest frame formed with a cylindrical hinge portion retained in frictional engagement with the horizontal portion of the support rod and a pair of opposed plate-like body portions extending in parallel from the hinge portion, the plate-like body portions each being integrally formed with an inwardly curled rim portion at their upper peripheries and both side peripheries and formed with a pair of laterally spaced joint portions at both sides of the hinge portion, the inwardly curled rim portions and the joint portions being engaged with each other in a condition where the headrest frame has been folded at its hinge portion to oppose the plate-like portions to one another and a pair of laterally spaced clamp members each formed with a cylindrical hinge portion retained in frictional engagement with the horizontal portion of the support rod and a pair of attachment portions extending in parallel from the hinge portion of each of the clamp members and fastened to each pair of the joint portions of the opposed plate-like portions, wherein the horizontal portion of the support rod is integrally formed with an arched projection at its center to be selectively engaged with opposed internal surfaces of the plate-like body portions for restricting forward or backward movement of the headrest frame.

Abstract: In a seat back frame formed by attaching a spring unit (20) to a frame body (10), the spring unit (20) is easily attached to the frame without performing caulking. A projecting hooked portion (21) is formed in one side of the spring unit, and an insertion hole (13C) that receives the hooked portion (21) therein is provided in the frame. Thus, the hooked portion (21) is inserted into the insertion hole (13C) and hooked at a position on the rear surface thereof.
