    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector in which reliability of electric connection of a pair of plate members is improved as the connector is prevented from coming off easily from a through-hole or a cut-out of the plate members, and to provide electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 20 is fixed to a second plate member 12b (76) as it is inserted into a through-hole 18 and soldered or pushed into a cut-out 78, and furthermore, a recessed portion 36 is provided at the outer circumference of the cylindrical member 20. When a part of a solder enters the recessed portion 36 at the time of soldering of the cylindrical member 20 or a part of the second plate member 12b (76) enters the recessed portion 36 at the time of pushing the cylindrical member 20 into the cut-out 78, the recessed portion 36 functions as a displacement prevention part to prevent the cylindrical member 20 from displacing in an axial direction against the second plate member 12b (76).
