    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metallic material having excellent flat part coating film corrosion resistance and high conductivity, and capable of executing a high-speed operation, and a manufactured product using the same. SOLUTION: The coated metallic material comprises a metal base material, a Zn-Ni alloy plating layer provided thereon, and a chromium-free chemical conversion coating film further provided thereon. The Zn-Ni alloy plating layer has Ni content of 10-15 mass%, and has cracks in an interface between the chemical conversion coating film and itself. The number of areas surrounded by the cracks viewed in an observed image is 2,000-150,000/mm 2 when observing the surface of a member to be obtained by removing the chemical conversion coating film from the coated metallic material by a scanning electron microscope. The chemical conversion coating film is formed of aqueous chemical conversion solution containing urethane-based aqueous resin, phosphate compound, and vanadium compound, and its deposit per unit area is 10-1,000 mg/m 2 .     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of red rust from an end face to be observed in chromium-free coated steel sheet not utilizing chromate treatment or chromate based rust prevention pigments without deteriorating corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: In a chromium-free coated steel sheet, one or more layers of coating films are formed on both surfaces, respectively, of a coating base material comprising a plated steel sheet having a plated layer containing zinc. When one hundred samples of the coated steel sheet cut into a rectangle of 0.5 cm×4.5 cm are immersed in ion exchange water (≤4μS/cm) of 200 ml at 50°C for 30 min under applying ultrasonic vibration with a frequency of 40 kHz, electric conductivity of immersion water is ≥30μS/cm. A coating film of outermost layer contains a compound (preferably an alkali metal phosphate) of 1 to 30% by mass with the proviso that (A) electric conductivity of the water is ≥500μS/cm when the compound is dissolved in ion exchange water (≤4μS/cm) in 0.1% by mass and (B) the compound is not thermally decomposed by 200°C.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painted metal member having a primer of enhanced chemical resistance, while securing a basic characteristic required for the primer. SOLUTION: This painted metal member is provided with two layers or more of coating films, on at least one face of a base material, total content of pigment contained in the lowermost coating film out of the coating films is 50 mass% or less with respect to total solid content of the lowermost coating film, the pigment contains 10 mass% or more to 25 mass% or less of a rust-preventive pigment with respect to the total solid content of the lowermost coating film, and the pigment other than the rust-preventive pigment has 0.5 μm particle size. In a preferable embodiment, the rust-preventive pigment contains one, or two or more selected from the group comprising aluminum tripolyphosphate, magnesium phosphite and porous silica, and/or the pigment other than the rust-preventive pigment contains titania.
