PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular design device and the like for designing a molecule to be bonded to a target molecule in a short time at low cost or without requiring an advanced skill. SOLUTION: A processing unit 1 acquires a plurality of zero-th generation peptide data representing a peptide as the design object and a target molecule data representing the target molecule and specifies, for each candidate data, a numerical value that represents easiness of coupling between the peptide represented by the candidate data and the target molecule based on the candidate data and the target molecule data, and then selects a peptide having favorable characteristics of coupling with the molecule represented by the target molecule data from each candidate data based on the specified numerical value and according to predetermined standards, and generates a peptide data in the next generation representing a mutation of the selected peptide and further specifies a numerical value. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-invasive medical device utilizing the wavelength characteristics of near-infrared radiation, which is suitable for e.g. photodynamic thermotherapy of cancer.SOLUTION: A medical device (10) used for photodynamic therapy/photo-thermotherapy includes a light irradiation means (11) for irradiating an object with light of a wavelength of 810 nm. The light irradiation means includes, e.g. a light-emitting diode (13). Preferably, the medical device (10) for cancer is used to irradiate with light a diseased part administered with a liposome complex enclosing a drug for cancer treatment.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryopreservation agent evadable of the side effects of the use of DMSO as the cryopreservation agent of the blood cell. SOLUTION: The cryopreservation agent of the blood cell contains N-methylacetamide, and dextran and/or hydroxyethyl starch. Preferably, the concentration of the N-methylacetamide in the cryopreservation agent is 3-8%, and the blood cell is hematopoietic stem cell. Further, the method of the cryopreservation of the blood cell includes freezing the blood cell with the cryopreservation agent. The cryopreservation agent is effective for the cryopreservation of the blood cell, and enables the cell to be preserved semipermanently while maintaining the proliferation potency to provide high survival rate after thawing.
