SOLUTION: This method for identifying the change produced in at least one of the biological parameter as the result comprises conducting a comparative proteome analysis, a comparative transcriptome analysis and/or a comparative genome analysis on (a) a living cell under stress called as a stress cell, (b) a living cell of the same kind free from the stress called as a control cell, and (c) at least one of the above two kinds of the cells used in a three-dimensional tissue model, so as to make it possible to identify at least one of the biological parameter in which the change is produced by the stress as the result.
