Abstract:
본 발명은 개자(Brassicae Semen) 추출물, 사삼(Adenophorae Radix) 추출물, 인동(Lonicerae Folium) 추출물, 및 자소자(Perillae Semen) 추출물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 혼합추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 호흡기 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약제학적 조성물 및 호흡기 질환의 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 개자, 사삼, 인동 및 자소자의 혼합 추출물을 포함하는 조성물은 호흡기 질환의 예방 및 증상을 개선하는 효과가 있고, 폐조직의 손상을 회복할 뿐만 아니라 미세먼지 등 염증유발 물질에 의해 유도되는 염증 및 노화 작용을 억제하며, 항산화 효과가 뛰어나다. 특히 본 발명의 조성물은 텔로미어의 길이를 연장하는 텔로머레이즈의 발현을 증가시킴으로써 종래의 증상 완화제와 달리 미세먼지에 의해 유도되는 퇴행성 호흡기 질환을 근본적으로 치료할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The 1,3-propanediol is bio-derived. The composition comprises at least 85% bio-based carbon. The extract is selected from the group consisting of a botanical extract, a vegetal extract, a protein extract, marine extracts, an algae extract, a milk extract.

The present invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating swine influenza, preparation method and use thereof. The said traditional Chinese medicine composition is made from Herba Houttuyniae 21.4 wt. %, Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae 17.9 wt. %, Radix Isatidis 14.3 wt. %, Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomatis 10.7 %, Radix et Rhizoma Sophorae Tonkinensis 7.1 I wt. %, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae 7.1 wt. %, Rhizoma Paridis 7.1 wt. %, Herba Artemisiae Annuae 7.1 wt. %, and Rhizoma Iridis Tectori 7.1 wt. %.
Abstract:
A method of testing a substance potentially active in the field of lipolysis comprising: preparing a substrate containing at least one triacylglycerol; placing this substrate in contact with a substance potentially active in the field of lipolysis, and with a lipoprotein lipase, in the presence of a cofactor of lipoprotein lipase, for a period of time sufficient to release at least in part one fatty acid of the triacylglycerol; and determining the capacity of inhibition of the release of the fatty acid resulting from the activity of the lipoprotein lipase, under the action of said potentially active substance, and evaluating the result of the inhibition which is either compared to the result obtained in the absence of the potentially active substance tested or compared with the result obtained in the presence of a known inhibitor acting as reference. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical uses are described.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbal medicine composition for preventing and treating bird flu. SOLUTION: The composition comprises, as active ingredients, 21.4 wt.% Houttuyniae Herba., 17.9 wt.% Scurrula longicerifolius (Hayata) Danser., 14.3 wt.% of Baphicacanthes cusia, 10.7 wt.% of Dryopteris felix-mas, 7.1 wt.% Sophora subprostrata., 7.1 wt.% of Angelica dahurica, 7.1 wt.% Paris polyphylla Smith., 7.2 wt.% artemisia apiacea Hance, and 7.2 wt.% Iris germanica L. The herbal medicine can be formed into any of definite dosage forms including oral solutions, tablets, capsules, pellets, and injection solutions. A modified formulation process for the herbal medicine composition is also provided, and the composition can be used for formulation of medicines and health foods for preventing or treating bird flu.
