SOLUTION: There are provided a pulley 11 which rotates upon receiving torque from a drive source, a cylindrical member 19 which rotates together with a spindle 17 while connected to the spindle 17 of compressor 15, a torque limiter part 20 which, provided on the torque transmission path from the pulley 11 to the cylindrical member 19, shuts off transmission of the torque when the transmission torque reaches a prescribed value, and a weight member 22 which, provided to the cylindrical member 19, acts as an inertia mass.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device, insulating abnormal noise occurring in a power transmission part between a hub and a pulley, and having a sound insulation cover that is easy to be attached/detached, without the risk of slipping off.
    SOLUTION: The power transmission device comprises a pulley 3 rotary-driven by a driving source, a hub 4 connected with a rotational shaft 81 of the compressor 8, and an elastic member 1 interposed in between them to transmit torque. The pulley is connected with the hub in a circumferential direction via the elastic member and a gap g, and a connecting part thereof is covered with each of cover bodies 5, 5A-5D. Each of the cover bodies 5, 5A is constituted of a cover member 51 made of rubber, and an annular ring 52, bonded to an outer peripheral part of the cover member and having a cutout 52a formed in a part thereof. The ring is assembled in an annular groove 32 on a front side of the pulley.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device wherein the misassembly or missing of a portion of a rubber damper 9 is prevented and the fall-off is prevented when disassembled. SOLUTION: First, the rubber damper 9 is held on an output disc 8. Thereby, the fall-off of the rubber damper 9 is prevented when disassembled and the missing due to the fall-off is also prevented. Lock portions 9a, 23a are formed on a pin portion 23 and a corresponding portion of the rubber damper 9. Both latch portions 9a, 23a are locked to each other to hold the rubber damper 9 on the output disc 8. In this specific holding method, the latch portions 9a, 23a are provided where a latching shape can be added relatively easier even if the rubber damper 9 has a complicated shape. Both latch portions 9a, 23a are asymmetrical in the circumferential direction of the pin portion 23.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device for rapidly and surely cutting of the transmission of an overload torque. SOLUTION: A gear part 7 serving as a torque limiter is coupled to a rotary member 5 which is rotated, integral with a pulley 3, so as to be axially movable in a rotationally limited condition, and is threadedly coupled to a hub 6 fixed to a shaft of a compressor, by a predetermined fastening torque. It is noted that the threaded coupling between the gear part 7 and the hub 6 is constituted in such a way that the fastening torque is decreased (loosened) by rotating the gear part 7 in the rotational direction of the pulley 3, relative to the hub 6. Thus, the compressor is locked so as to increase the load torque of the shaft 2 side. When the load torque becomes higher than the fastening torque of the gear part 7, the gear part 7 is rotated in the loosening direction, relative to the hub 6. As a result, the gear part 7 is axially moved while it is rotated integral with the rotary member 5, and accordingly, the threaded coupling with the hub 6 is released. Thus, the power transmission between the hub 6 and the rotary member 5 is cut off.

In addition, the fusing part 39 is located at the position so that a round bending part 32 on a base end side is larger than the fusing part 39. Even when the fusing part is affected by the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the housing 22 and the coupler 33, the stress is exerted in the direction where the round bending part 32 of the coil terminal wire 26 is deflected, and the stress concentration to the round bending part 32 of the coil terminal wire 26 can be eliminated.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise by restraining vibration of an output disc 8 being a sound generating source.
    SOLUTION: An outer diameter ΦA of an inner hub 22 is formed larger than an inner diameter ΦP of a pin part 23. Rigidity of the output disc 8 is enhanced by enlarging the outer diameter ΦA of the metallic inner hub 22 up to a part of the resin pin part 23. This constitution can reduce the noise in the vicinity of 1.5 to 2 KHz conventionally generated when turning off a refrigerant compressor being a rotary device by restraining the vibration of the output disc 8. A characteristic of this structure can reduce the noise only by changing the output disc 8 without enlarging the output disc 8 and changing the other part. A torque (rotational) variation by compression work of the refrigerant compressor can be reduced by increasing inertial weight of the inner hub 22.
