Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position an object to be measured and automatically measure the object, by selecting a pattern of the same shape as the object, transferring the object to an inspection position, picking up an image of the object, measuring and inspecting a size from the picked image of the object on the basis of teaching data of the selected pattern. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a positioning table 1, a first and a second cameras 11, 12, a control device, etc. When a blade 100 is loaded and positioned on the positioning table 1, the positioning table 1 is transferred to an inspection position in an inspection station 5 by driving of an X-axis motor. The first camera 11 is set to be movable in a direction orthogonal to a movement direction of the positioning table 1 on the same plane, and the second camera 12 is set to be movable in an up-down direction. The control device has an NC control part 40 controlling movements of the positioning table 1, cameras 11, 12 and stages of the cameras 11, 12, an image-processing part 50 processing picked image signals, a controller 60 inspecting a size and executing a visual inspection, etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the correction technique of a complicated shaped subject to be worked which can automatically and effectively correct so as not to be over corrected even if the subject to be worked is a comparative long size with three dimension like unsymmetrical cross-section like turbine blades. CONSTITUTION:By preliminarily setting a design shape as the target value 59 of the correction, every kind of correcting patterns 60 obtained with experiments in order to correct the subject to be worked into the target value 59, and the tolerance 61, the shape is measured at the time of correcting the subject to be worked, and the correcting pattern and correcting amount to be applied are calculated from the target value 59 and measured values 62, 63. The subject to be worked is corrected based on the calculated correcting pattern and correcting amount, after correcting the subject to be worked, again the shape of the subject to be worked is measured, and the difference between the target value 59 and the measured value after corrected is obtained. When the difference is not within the tolerance 61, the correcting process is repeated, and correcting is executed so that the shape of subject to be worked is made to be within the tolerance 61.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To position and form a wire so as not to be peeled off in a short time and with high accuracy by selecting a folding position in accordance with height of the wire which is brought to wiring, offering a bending supporting point, moving horizontally a held part of the wire and forming it. CONSTITUTION:A parts body 12 is carried and fixed to a work position. Subsequently, a stepwise guide 2 is allowed to descend from the upper part, and set as a supporting point of a fixed end part side for forming a wire 1 to a crank shape. Next, a forming device 20 descends against the parts body 12, the wire 1 is inserted and held by chucks 3a, 3b, and thereafter, by operating a first air cylinder 6, a plate cam 4 is moved in the X axis direction and brought into contact with a profile cam 5. When a load is further applied continuously, a compression spring 7 contracts and the plate cam 4 is pressed against the profile cam 5. In this state, when a second air cylinder 8 is operated, the plate cam 4 follows the profile cam 5, and the tip of the wire 1 also draws the same locus as the plate cam 4. Subsequently, the guide 2 and the edge of the chucks 3a, 3b work as a supporting point of the fixed end part side and a supporting point of the free end side, respectively and the wire is formed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:The set points for changing operation conditions are calculated from the deviations between the target values and the specific gas analyzing data to effect automatic control so that the operation conditions become optimal according to prescribed operation procedures whereby high efficient and prompt operation control becomes possible to keep the standard values stably for the CO concentration in the product gas and the CO recovery. CONSTITUTION:The CO concentration in the product gas and in the off-gas in the carbon monoxide recovery unit is analyzed and detected (gas meters 11A, 11B), their deviation from the target values are automatically calculated (microcomputer 12). According to the deviations, the pressure in the absorption column 1 (pressure controller in the absorption column a), liquid gas ratio (circulation controller for the absorption column b), the temperature in the absorption column 1 (controller for absorption solution temperature at the inlet of the absorption column c) and the purge flow rate of the flush tank 3 (controller for purge gas flow rate d) are adjusted to keep the concentration of carbon monoxide at the prescribed value in the product gas.

When the polishing belt is exchanged, the polishing belt of the polishing device is drawn out by means of the empty belt exchanging head, and then the new polishing belt is mounted on the polishing device from the belt exchanging heads on which the new polishing belt for exchange is set.
