    摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a proteinous emulsifier having excellent emulsifying force in high yield by allowing a hydrophilic protein to react with an alanine aliphatic alcohol ester shown by the sepcified general formula in the presence of endopeptidase. CONSTITUTION:A hydrophilic protein is allowed to react with an alanine aliphatic alcohol ester shown by formula I (in the formula, R shows a 2-22C alkl group, alkenyl group, or alkadienyl group) in the presence of endopeptidase to manufacture a proteinous emulsifier wherein the amino group part of the alanine aliphatic alcohol ester of formula I is coupled with an amide group. Casein, gelatine, soluble collagen, etc., can be exemplified, for example, as said hydrophilic proteinous emulsifier has typical structure of a surfactant, the emulsifier has strong emuldifying force.

    摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the titled cosmetic havin small temperature dependency of the hardness, and excellent spreadability, etc., and preservable stably for a long period, by dispersing inert gas uniformly in a homogeneous mixture of Japanese wax and an oily substance such as castor oil, thereby making the whole system to a milk white creamy mixture. CONSTITUTION:The titled oily hair cosmetic contains Japanese wax, castor oil, and inert gas (e.g. air, N2, etc.) essentially as the main constituent components, wherein the inert gas is dispersed uniformly in the homogeneous mixture of said oily substances to make the whole system to a milk white creamy mixture. The amounts of the inert gas, Japanese wax, and castor oil are 5-30wt%, 5-15wt% and 50-90wt% of the cosmetic, respectively. The uniform dispersion of the inert gas can be carried out e.g. by mixing the oily substances uniformly under melting, keeping the oily mixture at 40-70 deg.C, and vigorously stirring in the atmosphere of said inert gas. The cosmetic can be removed easily from the hair, and gives soft, light and mild feeling to the hair.
