PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-silicone composition for a releasing agent used for a release sheet having excellent light releasing property, a release sheet which suppresses increase of its light releasing power with time, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having low outgassing property and useful particularly as a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for sticking to electronic parts. SOLUTION: The composition for a releasing agent is obtained by adding 2-50 pts.mass of a diene polymer compound having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-100,000 to 100 pts.mass of a diene polymer compound having a weight average molecular weight of 300,000-1,200,000. The release sheet has, on at least one surface of a release sheet base material, a releasing agent layer formed from the composition for a releasing agent through active energy ray irradiation. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is obtained by laying the releasing agent layer of the release sheet on a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet base material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesion of a releasing agent layer to a substrate while maintaining the good releasability of the releasing agent layer for an adhesive agent layer. SOLUTION: The addition reaction type silicone release agent composition contains an addition reaction type silicone resin, a branched organosiloxane oligomer, a crosslinker and a catalyst. The addition reaction type silicone resin is, for example, a polyorganosiloxane having as functional groups at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule. As the branched organosiloxane oligomer, one having at least two alkenyl groups is used. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dicing sheet which is excellent in adhesiveness, hardly causes a pickup failure, and suppresses falling-off of a chip.SOLUTION: The dicing sheet includes a substrate 2 and an adhesive layer 3 laminated on at least one surface of the substrate 2. The adhesive layer 3 is formed of an adhesive composition containing a polymer (A), an energy ray-polymerizable compound (B), and a tackifying resin (C). The energy ray-polymerizable compound (B) has an energy ray-polymerizable group in an amount of 3×10to 5×10mol/g inclusive. The tackifying resin (C) contains a hydrogenated resin. Preferably, the tackifying resin (C) consists of the hydrogenated resin.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strippable sheet which can perform an inspection of high precision in the inspection according to a crossed Nicols method and has preferable stripping performance. SOLUTION: The strippable sheet is made by disposing a releasing agent layer on a strippable sheet substrate, wherein the strippable sheet substrate is a uniaxially or biaxially elongated polyester. The releasing agent layer is prepared by curing and film-forming an addition-reactive silicone resin composition which contains organopolysiloxane having alkenyl group of 6-10C alkenyl group in a molecule and MQ resin provided with alkenyl group in a molecule. In a sample sampled from the strippable sheet, a distribution range of an inclination of orientation principal axis (orientation angle) of the strippable sheet substrate with respect to a straight axis set in an arbitrary direction is 5° or less.
