    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadband amplifier and an I-V converter which operates over a wide frequency range and improves the degree of design freedom.
    SOLUTION: The broadband amplifier is composed of a plurality of amplifying means, i.e., a buffer A1 having a high input impedance the output of which is connected to an inverted input terminal of a current feedback type OP amplifier A2, and an operational amplifier A3 the output of which is connected to an in-phase input terminal of the OP amplifier A2. Input signals to the buffer A1 and a predetermined reference voltage are inputted to the amplifier A3.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve at a low cost the gain stability of a digital/analog converter.
    SOLUTION: The gain stabilizing circuit for the digital/analog converter 10 having at least one set of complementary output and at least one reference input comprises: an adder 14 connected to at least the one set of complementary output of the digital/analog converter 10 and detecting the output signals of the digital/analog converter 10 for output; and an error detector 16 inputting a signal outputted from the adder 14 and an external reference voltage, comparing the signal outputted from the adder 14 with the external reference signal to output a signal corresponding to the difference of the signal. The signal corresponding to the difference outputted from the error detector 16 is fed-back to the reference input of the digital/analog converter 10.

SOLUTION: The cascade connected type amplifier includes (N+1)-sets (here N is an integer 1 or larger) of amplifier circuits (Gin, G1, G2,..., GN) connected in cascade, a feedback circuit including resistors (Rin, R1, R2,..., RN) connected in series from an output of the final stage amplifier circuit in the amplifier circuits, connected in cascade to an input of the input stage amplifier circuit and N-sets of capacitors (CT1, CT2,..., CTN), that respectively connect connecting points of the resistors to N-sets of connecting points of the amplifier circuits.
