    Abstract: 相手部材の周面に摺動自在に密接するシールリップ6を設け、シールリップ6に密封流体側斜面7および反密封流体側斜面8を設け、反密封流体側斜面8に回転時のポンピング作用によって密封流体を押し戻す作用を奏するねじ部9を設けてなるオイルシール1において、摺動面における油膜を厚くすることで流体潤滑にもとづく低トルク化を実現する。この目的達成のため、密封流体側斜面7および反密封流体側斜面8の間に中間面10を設け、この中間面10に回転時のポンピング作用によって密封流体を吸い込む作用を奏する逆方向のねじ部11を設ける。また、中間面10に設ける逆方向のねじ部11を中間面10と反密封流体側斜面8との境界部13に達しないように設けて、ねじ部11と境界部13との間に全周に亙って相手部材の周面に密接するねじ不存在領域を設定する。

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring the shape at the inner circumferential part of an object accurately at high speed. SOLUTION: Inclination angle of the inclining face of an inclining base 13 is set such that the shade of slit light projected from a slit light source 12 does not appear at the inner circumferential part 16a of an object 16 mounted a rotary table 14. While turning the object 16 along with the rotary table 14, slit light from the slit light source 12 is projected to cover a rotary shaft 14a and the inner circumferential part 16a and the optical cutting line of slit light, produced from the object 16, is received by means of a camera 10. The image thus picked up is processed by an image processor where the inside diameter or three-dimensional shape at the inner circumferential part 16a of object 16 are calculated.
