    Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively press-fix a piezoelectric ceramic element and metallic plates to each other by alternately piling up internal electrodes and metallic plates provided with thin films previously formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the same material as metallic paste and heating the laminated body under a pressure applied in the direction of the vertical axis of the laminated body. CONSTITUTION:Electrically conductive silver paste 1b is stuck by prescribed thicknesses to the upper and lower surfaces of a pellet 18 of a piezo-electric element of, for example, 15mm square by printing, etc. On the other hand, an internal electrode plate 2 which is formed by performing silver plating to a stainless steel plate having a prescribed thickness is provided with a section 2a having the same shape as the pellet has and projecting section 2b. The pellet is piled up and connected with each other by polarities. The pellet 1a and electrode 2 are alternately piled up, with the projecting sections 2b being set alternately in opposite directions at every one layer. The sections 2b are bent upward so that the sections 2b having the same polarity can be connected with each other through metallic plates 4a. Then, after lead wires 4b for applying voltages from the outside are soldered to the metallic plates 4a, external coating 4c is performed for insulation.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method, for the liquid-repellent property on the inner wall of a nozzle hole in a thin injector nozzle, in which the liquid- repellent property is evaluated by a method wherein a change in a pressure is measured when especially a liquid is pressed out from the nozzle hole and the wettability of the liquid is found on the basis of the map of a relationship, between the change and a water contact angle due to a liquid-repelent treatment, which is found in advance. SOLUTION: This method evaluates the liquid-repellent property of an injector nozzle 1 by which a liquid-repellent treatment is executed to at least the inside of a nozzle hole 2. The change characteristic of a pressure is measured when a liquid is pressed out from the nozzle hole 2. By referring to the map of a relationship, between the change characteristic of the pressure and the water contact angle of the liquid, which is created in advance, the water contact angle is found on the basis of the change in the pressure. The liquid-repellent property is evaluated on the basis of the change characteristic of the liquid pressing-out pressure based on the wettability of the liqud-repellent treatment on the inner wall of the nozzle.

The glass precursor organic substance is decomposed by heating, and reacts with oxygen in the atmosphere so as to react mutually to be fine glasses 4. The fine glasses 4 are produced on the interfaces of gold particles 3 and the interface of a piezoelectric element 1 so as to combine the gold-particles 3 unitedly and to bond the same to the piezoelectric element 1 firmly. Thereby excellent ohmic contact characteristic between the piezoelectric element 1 and the gold particles 3 is ensured so that the piezoelectric element 1 holds a large displacement amount.
