PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a regenerated resin from a large amount of urethane resin decomposed material by efficiently removing water generated by reaction of a urethane resin decomposition product when producing the regenerated resin by using the urethane decomposition product. SOLUTION: The method for producing the regenerated resin comprises a step for carrying out mixing and reacting while bringing a resin composition into contact with a gas in a state in which resin thickness of the resin composition is controlled to ≤10 cm. The resin composition is obtained by reacting a resin decomposed material obtained by chemically decomposing a urethane resin with a compound having two or more carboxy groups or a compound having one carboxy group and one or more unsaturated carbon bonds. The regenerated resin can readily be produced by the method. Similar effect is obtained by adding a kneading auxiliary material having ≤10 mm average particle diameter to the mixture and melting and kneading the above mixture with the kneading auxiliary material. The expanded plastic is supplied from a feed opening to the screw thread groove and the treated material is discharged from the discharge port of the cylinder. The screw is rotatably supported in the screw hole so to be inscribed in the cylinder. The volume of the screw thread groove is reduced from the feed opening side to the discharging port side in at least a part of the screw thread groove. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably curable resin composition using a urethane decomposition product. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (a) a product (functional group equivalent: X) obtained by chemically decomposing a urethane resin with an amine and (b) an epoxy resin (epoxy equivalent: Y), wherein the mixing ratio Z = [(x/X)/(y/Y)] is adjusted to 2 or greater [wherein x (g) is the amount of the decomposition product used, and y (g) is the amount of the epoxy resin used] in order for the composition to have stable curability better than that attained in different mixing ratios. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclaimed resin using a decomposition product of a urethane resin and a process for producing the reclaimed resin and to provide a reclaimed urethane as a urethane resin composition having good decomposability. SOLUTION: In the process for synthesizing a reclaimed urethane from a decomposition product of a urethane, the reclaimed urethane is synthesized by a two-step reaction consisting of the first reaction for preparing a prepolymer having an isocyanate at an end thereof as an isocyanate component to be reacted with the decomposition product or synthesizing a prepolymer from the reaction of the decomposition product and an isocyanate and the second reaction for synthesizing a urethane resin from the prepolymer. As a result, urea bonds are inhibited from being densely formed in the prepolymer and the bonds difficult to be decomposed can be readily dispersed. Furthermore, the structure in the reclaimed resin can be controlled to provide for uniformity in the components and the molecular weight of a secondary decomposition product into which the reclaimed resin is re-decomposed, whereby the reclaimed urethane results in a urethane resin composition which can be easily decomposed for recycle use. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of simply producing a regenerated resin excellent in performance by avoiding such reaction that an amine component contained in a decomposed material acts as a catalyst and to provide a method for producing the composition. SOLUTION: The resin composition is obtained by carrying out addition reaction of a compound having an unsaturated carbon bond with a decomposed material of urethane resin obtained by chemically decomposing the urethane resin or decomposing the urethane resin by using the compound having the unsaturated carbon bond and including the resultant product as a raw material. The resin composition can be polymerized and solidified by a crosslinking agent and an addition polymerization initiator. The resin composition can also be obtained by compounding decomposed material of the urethane resin with a compound having ≥2 carboxy groups or its anhydride. The regenerated resin having good characteristics can be obtained by carrying out curing reaction of the resultant resin composition. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

SOLUTION: This method for decomposing the urethane resin is provided by using a decomposing agent having both a decomposing activity for decomposing the urethane bond in the urethane resin and a capturing property for reacting with and capturing a compound having amino group. As the decomposing agent, a decomposing agent having at least one kind among carboxy, a salt of carboxy, an ester and an acid anhydride or at least one kind of an isocyanate and an epoxy can be used.
