SOLUTION: In the photocatalyst coating body of graining tone including a base material, an intermediate layer prepared on the base material, and a transparent photocatalyst layer prepared on the intermediate layer, the intermediate layer keeps a coloring synthetic mica powder dispersed in a silicone-modified resin matrix, the surface of the coloring synthetic mica powder is coated with a resin containing an organic pigment, and further a silicone-modified resin layer is formed on the surface.
