    SOLUTION: The external structure is made up of the base material and a photocatalytic layer formed on the base material. In addition, the photocatalytic layer is composed mainly of 1-10 mass% of a photocatalytic particle, over 80 mass% to not more than 99 mass% of an inorganic oxide particle, when assuming the whole photocatalytic layer to be 100 mass%. Further, the voids of the photocatalytic layer are not less than 20 vol.% to not more than 35 vol.%.
