Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing a balloon catheter capable of properly adjusting welding degree, forming into a desired shape suitable for applications, capable of being well used for a medical use, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: An outer periphery of a part to be welded and a shaft 14 are heated and welded by irradiating a balloon end part 28b, the outer periphery of the part to be welded of a catheter tube 30a and the surface of the shaft 14 with laser light respectively by first and second laser irradiators 8, 108 while rotating the shaft 14 by a fixed chuck, with the catheter tube 30a inserted in the balloon end part 28b, with the shaft 14 inserted in the catheter tube 30a, and with a compressing tube 32 fitted to the part to be welded of the balloon 28.

A clamping jig. The problem to be solved of the invention is to implement prevention of the clamping jig from fusion and the like. The mode of solving the problem is provide a clamping jig, when welding a first resin component (100) having permeability and absorbability to illumination ray, with a second resin component (200) having absorbability to the illumination ray, the first resin component presses the second resin component by means of the clamping jig; the clamping jig is composed of a resin portion (3) formed by resin material and a glass portion (2) formed by glass material and permeating the illumination ray, a to-be-attached portion (8) to be mounted on prescribed equipment is arranged on the resin portion, and a plurality of joint surfaces (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f, 4a, 5a, 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b) jointing with each other are formed on the resin portion and the glass portion.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-fusion joining method of a tube and a joint made of thermoplastic resin allowing the easy visual confirmation of a heat-melting temperature of a socket of a thermoplastic resin joint by a heater. SOLUTION: The end 1a of the tube 1 made of thermoplastic resin, and the socket 3 of the joint 2 made of thermoplastic resin are heat-melted by the heater 4. The heater 4 is then removed, and the heat-melted end 1a of the tube 1 is inserted into the socket 3 and fusion-integrated. In this case, prior to heat melting, the socket 3 is provided with a reversible or nonreversible heat sensitive member 5 changed in color by the heat-melting temperature of the socket. A vehicle lamp fixture comprising a reflector that is made of a thermoplastic resin and is covered with a light reflecting film on its surface and a lens that is made of a thermoplastic resin and is mounted on the reflector. The reflector has a welding leg portion which projects from the circumferential edge of the reflector, and the tip end of the reflector welding leg portion is formed with an inclined surface which is inclined with respect to a direction in which the lens is brought to make a contact with the reflector when welding is performed between the reflector and the lens.
