SOLUTION: A top plate body 10 is formed by laminating a translucent surface layer member 20 made of a resin on a lower member 30 made of a resin by two-color injection molding and fixed on a key base body 40 made of wood to constitute a key structure 100. A plurality of recessed grooves 21, a projection streak part 22, a plurality of projection portions 31, and a valley portion 32 which all extend straight along the length of the key structure 100 are formed integrally on the reverse surface 20b of the surface layer member 20 and the top surface 30a of the lower member 30. The external light is reflected by upper end parts of the projection portions 31 and the valley portion 32 and a natural indistinct pattern which corresponds to an uneven shape portion consisting of the recessed grooves 21 and projection streak part 22 is viewed to appear to be straight-grained of ivory. The glass fiber resin layer 2 has a non-adhesion portion with an air layer existing inside the glass fiber resin layer 2 and an adhesion portion without an air layer.

    摘要: PURPOSE:To enable adhesion of the other component based on an adhesive agent, by a method wherein a congregated surface of fibers is formed by fusing a congregated member of the fibers in a sheetlike state to a desired surface part of a polypropylene molded article by melting the desired surface part. CONSTITUTION:When, for example, a surface plate 3 of a body is joined with the top edge 2 of a main body 1a of the body of a frame member obtained by monolithic molding of the main body of the body and a neck, cotton cloth 4 cut into a width of the top edge 2 is applied to a joint surface 2a of the top edge 2, and a heating unit 5 is pressed to the joint surface 2a through the cloth 4. The surface of the joint surface 2a to which the heating unit is pressed is melted and streamed into texture of the cotton cloth, and when the heating unit 5 is separated it is cured immediately and the cotton cloth 4 is fused to the top surface. The top edge surface of the main body 1a of the body is formed into the size of the cotton cloth surface 4a and then the surface plate 3 and the cloth surface 4a are joined each other through an adhesive agent. As the surface plate 3 is made of lumber and on the one hand, main body side of the body is made of the cotton cloth surface, both can be stuck firmly by making use of a traditional adhesive agent.
