Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which is capable of maintaining the electrical connection of a pull-out unit, even after the pull-out unit is pulled out from an apparatus body and capable of preventing a bundle wire for electrically connecting the apparatus body and the pull-out unit from being pinched.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes an image forming part such as a tandem image forming apparatus 50, a pull-out unit 76 including a conveyance path such as a main conveyance path 70 for conveying a recording medium to the image forming part and configured to be pulled out from the apparatus body, and an electric wire member such as a bundle wire 105 for electrically connecting the inside of the apparatus body and the pull-out unit 76, in such a state that the pull-out unit 76 is pulled out from the apparatus body. Further, the image forming apparatus includes regulation means such as a bent bundle wire holding mechanism 130 regulating that the electric wire member sticks out from the pull-out unit 76 and bends, when viewed from the pull-out direction of the pull-out unit 76.
Abstract:
This invention improves operability at a final stage of moving a slide unit in one direction. A withdrawal mechanism 14 includes a charge spring 45 charged with energy to interlock withdrawal of a sheet cassette, a lock member 39 locking the charge spring in a state of being charged with the energy, a ratchet mechanism releasing interlocking of the charge spring with the sheet cassette with respect to movement of the sheet cassette in a push-in direction, and an unlock member 70d interlocking the sheet cassette with the charge spring and releasing locking of the charge spring at a final stage of moving the sheet cassette in the push-in direction. The sheet cassette is moved in the push-in direction by the energy charged in the charge spring at the final stage of moving the sheet cassette in the push-in direction.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder capable of preventing a lift plate from vibrating during transportion and also preventing the lift plate and a peripheral member from breaking owing to vibrations with simple configuration, and to provide an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A pair of engaging parts 40 in an L shape which have tips bent downstream are formed nearby a free end 20b of a reverse surface of a lift plate 20. The engaging parts 40 each engages a rotation-side edge 22b of an operation plate 22 when the operation plate 22 is at a first position where it lies flat. While a paper feed cassette 1 containing no form is inserted into an image forming apparatus 100, the operation plate 22 is disposed at the first position, and an operation plate driving shaft 21 is coupled to a lift motor 25 through a motor coupling part 23, and the rotational load of the lift motor 25 is applied on the operation plate driving shaft 21. Consequently, the operation plate 22 never rotates from the first position in spite of vibrations or a shock, and the rotation-side edge 22b stays engaged with the engaging parts 40 of the lift plate 20.
Abstract:
In so-called an image forming apparatus of an in-body paper discharging type, a technology which improves convenience of handling of sheets discharged from the apparatus is provided. The holding unit holding a sheet received by a predetermined sheet receiver is moved between a sheet receiving position positioned above the discharge tray in a body for receiving the sheet discharged from the discharge port by the predetermined sheet receiver of the holding unit and a retracted position at which the holding unit is retracted from above the discharge tray so as to avoid the abutment with the sheet placed on the discharge tray.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unpleasant feeling imparted to a user such as a change in operation force when pulling out two paper feed trays in an interlocking state. SOLUTION: This locking device 200 of the paper feed tray is set in the interlocking state of interlocking and taking out both of a first paper feed tray 20 and second paper feed tray 21 which are juxtaposed by connecting them and a separation state of independently taking out the respective paper feed trays by releasing the connection of the both paper feed trays 20, 21. The first paper feeding tray 20 is provided with an operation part 210 having a protruding-retreating engaging claw member 221, and the second paper feed tray 21 is provided with a locking part 250 having this side contact surface 254 engaging with the engaging claw part 221. When put in the interlocking state in a state of storing the first paper feed tray 20 and the second paper feed tray 21 in a printing paper storage part, a clearance of a dimension D is arranged between the engaging claw member 221 and this side contact surface 254 so that the second paper feed tray 21 is pulled out after pulling out the first paper feed tray 20 by a predetermined quantity.
