    摘要: The process for producing an olefin dimer of the present invention includes a first step of carrying out a dimerization reaction of an olefin in the presence of a solid phosphoric acid catalyst in which phosphoric acid is supported on inorganic support particles at a reaction temperature of 55 to 300°C by introducing into a reactor an olefin-containing raw material containing water in an amount of 10 ppm by mass or more and less than the saturated water content at the reaction temperature, thereby preparing a reaction product containing an olefin dimer, a second step of washing the reaction product prepared in the first step at a temperature of 50°C or higher using an alkaline substance-containing water adjusted to pH 8 to 13 and a third step of washing the reaction product after the alkaline washing in the second step with water at a temperature of 0 to 110°C, thereby preparing an olefin dimer.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an olefin dimer, by which the olefin dimer can selectively be produced in the presence of a solid phosphate catalyst in a state that the by-production of olefin polymers is reduced. SOLUTION: This method for producing the olefin dimer is characterized by comprising the following three processes; a first process for introducing an olefin-containing raw material containing water in an amount below a saturated water content at a reaction temperature and equal to or above 10 mass ppm into a reactor, and then performing the dimerization reaction of the olefin at reaction temperature of 55 to 300°C in the presence of a solid phosphate catalyst prepared by supporting phosphoric acid on inorganic support particles, to obtain the reaction product containing the olefin dimer; a second process for washing the reaction product obtained in the first process with an alkali substance-containing water adjusted to pH 8 to 13 at temperature of ≥50°C; and a third process for washing the reaction product after the alkali washing in the second process with water at 0 to 110°C to obtain the olefin dimer.     摘要: 本発明の環状オレフィン化合物の製造方法は、ヒドロキシル基の結合したシクロヘキサン環を分子中に2以上有する脂環式アルコールを分子内脱水して、分子中にシクロヘキセン環を2以上有する環状オレフィン化合物を製造する方法であって、(i)前記脂環式アルコールを、有機溶媒中、反応条件下において液状又は反応液に溶解する脱水触媒の存在下、20Torrを超える圧力下で130〜230℃の温度に加熱し、副生する水を留去しながら脱水反応を行う工程と、(ii)前記工程(i)に続いて、反応混合液を200Torr以下の圧力下で50〜220℃の温度に加熱して、前記環状オレフィン化合物を留出させる工程とを含む。この製造方法によれば、異性化反応等の副反応を抑制でき、不純物含量の少ない高純度の環状オレフィン化合物を簡易に且つ高い収率で効率よく得ることができる。
