    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved production method for producing an acetal containing neither water nor alcohol.SOLUTION: An aldehyde and an alcohol are supplied to a reaction/distillation area of a distillation column having the reaction/distillation area including an acidic fixed bed catalyst. At least a part thereof is reacted to produce an acetal, the bottom mixture is at least partially evaporated and the bottom of the distillation column, set at the lower side of the reaction/distillation area, is heated to set the reaction/distillation area to be a defined temperature. An extraction agent is supplied to the concentration section of the distillation column, set at the upper side of the reaction/distillation area, and a product comprising >90 wt.% acetal is condensed at the top of the distillation column.
