Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a foamed rubber member which has low hardness and excellent durability. The foamed rubber member of the invention, produced through an impregnation treatment of a foamed elastic body with a treatment liquid containing an isocyanate compound and an organic solvent, the foamed elastic body being produced by foaming a base rubber, exhibits a compression set smaller than that of the foamed elastic body before undergoing the impregnation treatment, and exhibits a percent increase in stress, with respect to the stress of the foamed elastic body before undergoing the impregnation treatment, of 50% or less.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorated sheet that has the surface protection layer that has both a high level of the scratch resistance and the three-dimensional moldability, and to provide a decorated resin molded article using this decorated sheet.SOLUTION: A decorated sheet which includes at least a surface-protective layer on a base material, characterized in that the surface-protective layer is formed of a cured product of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, the ionizing radiation-curable resin composition comprising at least urethane (meth)acrylate (A) having a polycarbonate skeleton and polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (B) and the mass ratio of urethane (meth)acrylate (A) to polyfunctional (meth)acrylate (B), i.e., [(A)/(B)] being 98/2 to 70/30.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurea composition, multi-component composite coating, an article formed of the multi-component composite coating, and a method for forming the article. SOLUTION: The coating composition is formed from a reaction mixture comprising an isocyanate-functional component and an amine-functional component. The composition is applied to a substrate under the conditions that the ratio of equivalents of isocyanate groups to equivalents of amine groups is greater than 1 while the volume mixing ratio of the isocyanate-functional component to the amine-functional component can be applied to a substrate at 1:1. The multi-component coating composition is applied to a substrate, particularly for providing protection against corrosion, abrasion, collision damage, chemicals, UV light and/or other environmental conditions. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced composite material with a coating film, and a method for producing the material, in particular, a coated fiber-reinforced composite material having a coating film, which is rigid and excellent in wear resistance, formed on the surface of a fiber-reinforced resin base, and a method for producing the composite material. SOLUTION: The coated fiber-reinforced composite material is obtained by forming a coating film on at least a part of the surface of a fiber-reinforced resin base which contains an acrylic carbon fiber and a crosslinked body of a cycloolefin polymer. The coated fiber-reinforced composite material is produced by coating at least a part of the surface of a fiber-reinforced resin base, which is prepared by polymerizing and crosslinking a curable composition containing a cycloolefin monomer, a polymerization catalyst and a crosslinking agent in the presence of an acrylic carbon fiber. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive polyester film for optical use excelling in adhesion with an optical function layer under a high temperature and high humidity condition. SOLUTION: The polyester film has a coating layer at least on one side surface, wherein the coating layer comprises a crosslinking agent and a urethane resin composed of an aliphatic polycarbonate polyol as principal components, and the ratio of absorbance is 0.40-1.55 in terms of aliphatic polycarbonate originated absorbance in a vicinity of 1,460 cm -1 /urethane component originated absorbance in a vicinity of 1,530 cm -1 as measured by infrared spectroscopy.
