    Abstract: 本発明は、生成物分布を改善するための触媒変成処理であって、接触分解を行なうために、良品質の原料油が低活性の高温の再生触媒と反応器内で接触し、反応生成物が、再生される使用済触媒と分離された後、反応生成物は分離システムに供給され、再生される使用済触媒は取り除かれた後、再生され、処理内で再利用されることを特徴とする触媒変成処理に関する。 上記の処理によって生成された液化石油ガス(LPG)内のイソブテン含有量は、30%よりも大きい値だけ増大し、ガソリン組成内のオレフィン含有量は30重量%よりも大きい値に増大し得る。 生成物分布は最適化され、乾燥ガスの収率ならびにコークスの収率は低減される結果、石油資源を十分に活用することができる。

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a gasoline base material which has a sulfur content of ≤10 ppm by mass and can be used as a base material for sulfur-free gasoline by subjecting catalytically cracked gasoline to hydrodesulfurization while suppressing the reduction in the octane value to the extent causing no trouble in practical use; and to provide gasoline containing the gasoline base material obtained by the same.
    SOLUTION: The method for producing the gasoline base material includes: a first process for subjecting catalytically cracked gasoline to hydrodesulfurization so that the hydrogenation ratio of olefins contained in the catalytically cracked gasoline becomes ≤25 mol%, the content of total sulfur becomes ≤20 ppm by mass, the content of sulfur originating in thiophenes and benzothiophenes becomes ≤5 ppm by mass, and the content of sulfur originating in thiacyclopentanes becomes ≤0.1 ppm by mass, based on the mass of product oil; and a second process for further subjecting the product oil in the first process to hydrodesulfurization so that the total of the hydrogenation ratios of olefins in the first process and this process becomes ≤30 mol%, the content of total sulfur becomes ≤10 ppm by mass, and the content of sulfur originating in thiols becomes ≤5 ppm by mass, based on the mass of product oil.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas oil composition which contains an environmentally friendly gas oil base produced from, as raw materials, an animal/vegetable fat and triglyceride-containing hydrocarbons being an ingredient derived from the animal/vegetable fat, and which is excellent in life-cycle CO 2 emission characteristics, oxidative stability and member stability. SOLUTION: The gas oil composition contains: 5-50 mass% of saturated chain hydrocarbons produced by contacting an animal/vegetable fat and/or a feed oil comprising an ingredient derived from the animal/vegetable fat with a predetermined porous inorganic oxide and a catalyst containing one or more metals selected from the elements in groups 6A and 8 of the periodic table and deposited on the porous inorganic oxide, under the conditions of a hydrogen pressure of 2-13 MPa, liquid space velocity of 0.1-3.0 h -1 , hydrogen/oil ratio of 150-1,500 NL/L, and reaction temperature of 150-480°C; and 5-30 mass% of catalytically-cracked gas oil base obtained by hydrotreating a gas oil fraction obtained with a catalytic cracking apparatus.
