    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating sheet for a motor, along with its manufacturing method, in which both thermal characteristic and durability are attained at low cost for contributing miniaturization of a motor and improved performance.SOLUTION: In an insulating sheet for a motor which forms a slot insulating sheet 12, an aramid paper and PPS film are directly pressurized and laminated with no use of an adhesive. In other words, no adhesive layer is interposed between the aramid paper and the PPS film. The PPS film is cheaper than a polyimide film, and has a high thermal characteristic such as heat radiation property, with high resistance against heat as well. As a result, even if it is exposed to a high temperature for a long period of time, its high strength is maintained. Since the aramid paper and the PPS film are directly laminated with no intervention of adhesive layer, the thickness corresponding to the adhesive layer is reduced for thin film formation.
