Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery positive cover with improved workability of mounting. SOLUTION: When mounting the battery positive cover on a battery terminal or a wire harness, slanted parts 36, 38 protrusively formed on an opening part 24B of a wire harness mounting part 24 with U-shaped cross section so as to protrude toward the back part of the inside of the opening, are pushed from outside of the wire harness mounting part 24 toward inside thereof by the wire harness. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cap for prevention of oblique tightening of fusible link with good workability, with which oblique tightening does not take place when a nut is tightened. SOLUTION: The protective cap 500 protects a fusible link 30 directly attached to a battery, the fusible link being composed of: a fuse body 32 made of one conductive plate, from which a power source side terminal plate 32A having a connection hole 32Ah, a fuse element of a narrow width connected to the power source side terminal plate 32A, and a wire harness side terminal plate 32B connected to the fuse element, are punched out; and a resin case 34 formed by resin-molding a remainder of an exposed part of the fuse body 32. The cap 500 is provided with: a tool insertion hole 500A through which a tool can be inserted for tightening a nut N to be screwed to a power source side stud bolt 20S in a protective cap site upon engagement on an extension line of the power source side stud bolt 20S inserted through the connection hole 32Ah; and long lances 500L and short lances 500S for holding horizontally the nut N are provided inside the protective cap 500.
