PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for changing the "T+D nuclear fusion reaction" to "D+D nuclear fusion reaction" and generating nuclear fusion reaction by a collision type nuclear fusion reactor (a pulse nuclear fusion furnace) for clean power without using tritium as fuel gas since although an ion beam head-on collision type nuclear fusion reactor using a linear accelerator was proposed in 2004, examination on pulse operation and coulomb repulsion was inadequate, and although the advanced type thereof was proposed in 2010, the description is indistinct and now "T+D nuclear fusion reaction" is used.SOLUTION: Gas to be used is restricted to deuterium gas. Used is a synchronizing system for intersecting and colliding pulse neutral particle beams emitted from a pulse field accelerator (a set) at the center point of a spherical nuclear fusion furnace. The diameter of the spherical nuclear fusion furnace and the number of the pulse electric field accelerators (sets) are determined by an output to be set for power.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause nuclear fusion reaction at a low temperature and obtain thermal energy and neutrons.SOLUTION: A nuclear fusion reaction method comprises: generating nanoparticles P of metal component of hydrogen-absorbing electrodes 3 and 4 arranged in an electrolytic tank 1, on the electrodes, or arranging positive electrodes 31 and 41 and negative electrodes 32 and 42 in vacuum chambers 30 and 40, and attaching the nanoparticles on the surface of any of the electrodes while imparting a hydrogen-absorbing property to the electrodes; using electrons in the nanoparticles as heavy electrons, embedding the heavy electrons into absorbed hydrogens, deuterium and shrinking them; and reducing an internuclear distance between the hydrogen, the deuterium and other absorbed hydrogen and deuterium, thereby causing nuclear fusion reaction with high probability.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve chemical nuclear fusion reaction in liquid metal to guarantee the persistence of reaction needed for energy extraction, which is not easily achieved by the chemical nuclear fusion reaction that uses low-speed ions projected onto the surface of liquid metal lithium, which is enhanced in astronomical quantities by thermodynamic effect of linked atomic fusion process, because the chemical nuclear fusion reaction is sensitive to conditions of the metal surface.SOLUTION: A fusion chain reaction is induced by starting nuclear reaction that generates neutrons and charged particles in a liquid lithium alloy in which a light element such as beryllium is mixed. Since, in the present invention, the liquid lithium carries out four functions: as nuclear fusion fuel, solvent for a mixed light element, a neutron moderator, and coolant, the nuclear fusion reaction device can be significantly made simple and compact. In addition, it eliminates the need to worry about radioactive wastes.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply method required for an electric propulsion engine having capability of launching into an orbit outperforming a chemical fuel rocket used for carrying a person and goods into the earth satellite orbit. SOLUTION: A muon beam generator is provided on the earth surface and satellite orbit, and a deuterium and tritium muon catalyzed fusion reaction is brought about by utilizing the muon supplied therefrom. A fast neutron generated by the fusion reaction is absorbed with a fusion reaction blanket so as to amplify the quantity of heating. Electric power is generated from the heat generated by fusion and nuclear fission. An injection medium is heated by converting electricity into heat, or heated by radiation, or heated by radiation or being made into plasma, and also accelerated to a high speed and injected by magneto-hydro dynamic acceleration following it so that a missile gets propulsion force. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting nuclear reaction in a flocculation system which enables high-accuracy prediction of the nuclear reaction. SOLUTION: In the method for predicting the nuclear reaction in the flocculation system, where a substance which is subjected to nuclide transmutation is placed in contact with a structure in the flocculation system and deuterium is made to flow into it to induce nuclear reaction in the substance which is subjected to nuclide transmutation; a substance where 2n (n is a natural number) is added to both the atomic number and the mass number, respectively of the substance to which nuclide transmutation is given is predicted as being the substance to be generated after the nuclide transmutation.
