    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing fuel for cement kiln burners, in which high-viscosity waste oil can be utilized in the kiln burner without adjusting the viscosity thereof or without using a new burner and combustion ash having a low calorific value can also be utilized.SOLUTION: The fuel for cement kiln burners is prepared by mixing the high-viscosity waste oil with the combustion ash. The maximum particle size of a mixture of the high-viscosity waste oil with the combustion ash can be adjusted to 10 mm or smaller. The combustion ash having the gross calorific value smaller than 3,000 kcal/kg can be used and 0-65 pts.wt. of the combustion ash having the same gross calorific value can be mixed in 100 pts.wt. of the fuel for cement kiln burners. The high-viscosity waste oil of 25-80 pts.wt. can be mixed in 100 pts.wt. of the fuel for cement kiln burners. The fuel for cement kiln burners can be obtained, which fuel has the gross calorific value equal to or larger than 3,000 kcal/kg.
