Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding classifier which can reduce static pressure load in a classification process by reducing a content of included coarse powder fresh from a finely dividing process under a constitution using a common blower adaptable to a classifier and a grinder, with other advantages such as being able to prevent coarse particles from being included, maintain stable production conditions for a long time and also, achieve an efficient installation space use or power consumption. SOLUTION: This grinding classifier (50 and 60) is of a cyclone type and sucks and conveys a raw material and a ground particle using the common blower 80. In addition, the classifier (50 and 60) is constituted of a secondary air inflow hole 53, a guide cone 54 for making an ascent of a ground microparticle, and an exhaust pipe 55 for the ground microparticle. After capturing the ground particle, the first cyclone classifier 50 and the second cyclone classifier 60 sucks and discharges the micropowder upward. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for producing micronized limestone powders to produce limestone micronized powders with a finer grain size from limestone improved in whiteness by way of a flotation process, by utilizing a wet crushing apparatus and a wet classifying apparatus. SOLUTION: This method for producing micronized limestone powders comprises: a step of floating and sorting limestone; a step of forming the limestone into a powder; a step of forming the powder into slurry in a slurry tank, and then into pulverized matter utilizing a crusher; and a step of classifying the pulverized matter into a fine powder and coarse powder utilizing a classifier. This apparatus for producing micronized limestone powders comprises: the slurry tank 130 for forming and storing the pulverized limestone in a slurry form; a pulverizer 140 for pulverizing the limestone slurry fed from the slurry tank linked thereto; and a wet classifying apparatus 170 for classifying the pulverized limestone pulverized in the pulverizer.
