Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a right angle type connector which can be assembled more simply.SOLUTION: The connector includes a first contact, a housing, and an alignment member separate from the housing. The first contact has a contact part and a terminal part. The contact part extends in a first direction and is held by the housing. The terminal part is held by the alignment member while being folded to extend in a second direction crossing the first direction. The housing and the alignment member are provided, respectively, with an engaged part and an engaging part. The engaging part and the engaged part are engaging in a direction crossing the second direction by a restoring force of the folded terminal part. The alignment member is held on the housing, by engagement of the engaging part and the engaged part.
Abstract:
A shielding connector has a housing (20) accommodating female terminals (15) connected to electric wires (10). The housing (20) is inserted in a die cast tubular shielding shell (40). An elastic locking piece (34) is provided on the housing (20) and locks an open edge (48) of the shielding shell (40) to prevent removal of the housing (20) that has been mounted properly in the housing (20). A retainer (50) is mounted on the housing (20) from the rear and prevents the elastic locking piece (34) from flexibly displacing in an unlocking direction. An open end (70A) of a braided wire (70) is placed on a mounting groove (46) formed on the shielding shell (40) and is fixed to the mounting groove (46) with a tightening band (60) whose diameter can be decreased with a tool.
Abstract:
A manufacturing method of an electric contact and manufacturing equipment of the electric contact. A contact and a metal base are superimposed and support by a jig, and a rotational tool, which rotates at a predetermined speed and advances/retracts to/from the jig, is pressed into a surface, which is not contacted with the contact, of the metal base while being rotated, so that the contact and the metal base are joined by solid state diffusion welding by using frictional heat generated by friction between the rotational tool and the metal base, and then the rotational tool is retracted from the metal base.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a connector terminal in which gold plating can be applied to an electric contact part and tin plating can be applied to a wire crimp part without requiring partial plating by masking even when a curved electric contact part is arranged on the same plane as a chain part, and to provide the connector terminal.SOLUTION: When a punching terminal shape to be shaped as a connector terminal is punched in a punching process, it is punched while extending a wire crimp part from a chain part in a direction perpendicular to a feeding direction, and punched while extending an electric contact part from the wire crimp part in a direction parallel with the feeding direction. A range subjected to gold plating in a gold plating process and a range subjected to tin plating in a tin plating process are arranged so as not to overlap in the feeding direction.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal for sealed battery that suppresses internal resistance variation between an outer terminal and an inner terminal, is low-cost, and improves reliability as a battery.SOLUTION: The terminal for sealed battery comprises an outer terminal 30 in a solid flat rivet shape and an inner terminal 27 in a hollow flat rivet shape; and a hollow shaft part 26 of the inner terminal 27 is inserted into a first insulating member 31, an aperture 15a bored in a sealing plate 15, and a second insulating member 32 while insulated from the sealing plate 15, and the outer terminal 30 has a columnar shaft part 29 inserted into the hollow shaft part 26 of the inner terminal 27 and pressure-crimped to form a diameter-swelling deformation part at an intermediate part of the columnar shaft part 29. The hollow shaft part 26 of the inner terminal 27 deforms in a shape conforming to the diameter-swelling deformation part of the columnar shaft part 29 of the outer terminal 30 to be pressed against the columnar shaft part 29 of the outer terminal 30, and a tip part 26b is curled along a curved surface 29a between a collar part 28 and the columnar shaft part 29 of the outer terminal 30.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crimping terminal fittings, capable of properly crimping even a thin wire by a wire barrel, and also capable of lightening the volume and a wire with the terminal fittings. SOLUTION: The wire barrel 21 crimped with a core line 31 of a wire 30 includes: a base plate 23 continuously extending from a ground terminal 11 in an axial direction; and a pair of core line crimping pieces 25 extending out of both sides of the base plate 23.
