SOLUTION: In this rotary three-side trimmer, the booklet 1 fed by a booklet feeder 2 is conveyed by a chuck 4, and the booklet 1 placed on a rotary table 5 is rotated by 90° to trim three sides of a top edge part 1b, a bottom edge part 1d and a front edge part 1c with one trimming cutter 7b. The position of the booklet 1 fed by the booklet feeder 2 is changed according to the dimensional difference of the top edge, bottom edge and front edge of the booklet 1, and the rotational center of the booklet 1 positioned at the rotational center of the rotary table is set so that a vertical distance from the rotational center to the top edge and bottom edge and a vertical distance to the front edge are as equal as possible.
