Abstract:
析出強化型のNi基超耐熱合金の熱間押出成形方法と、Ni基超耐熱合金押出材の製造方法を提供する。 ビレットが、700℃におけるガンマプライムの平衡析出量が40モル%以上となる析出強化型のNi基超耐熱合金の成分組成を有し、 ダイスとビレットとの間に潤滑用ガラスパッドを装着するとともに、コンテナに挿入したときのビレットの外径D B (mm)と、コンテナの内径D C (mm)との関係が、(D C −D B ):2〜8mmとなるように調整するか、または、熱間加工温度に加熱する前のビレットの外径D B ’(mm)と、予熱温度に加熱する前のコンテナの内径D C ’(mm)との関係が、(D C ’−D B ’):3〜9mmとなるように調整するNi基超耐熱合金の熱間押出成形方法である。 そして、上記の熱間押出成形方法を用いて行う、Ni基超耐熱合金押出材の製造方法である。

A method for producing a tubular target formed of molybdenum or a molybdenum alloy which has an oxygen content of less than 50 mug/g, a density of greater than 99% of the theoretical density and an average grain size of less than 100 mum and which is connected to a supporting tube. The molybdenum or molybdenum alloy tube is produced by extrusion.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a metal tube by extrusion, a mandrel and an extruding machine by which the quality is improved by preventing defective thickness deviation in the peripheral direction and the longitudinal direction of the metal tube to be manufactured and preventing defective appearance because of defective seizure or the like. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the metal tube by the extrusion using the mandrel which is extended in the extruding direction of a metallic material and with which the inner periphery of the metal tube to be manufactured is formed, and a die with which the outer periphery of the metal tube is formed, comprises: a heating stage for heating the mandrel; a temperature adjusting stage where the temperature of the mandrel is adjusted to the target setting temperature of the extrusion and an extruding stage where the metallic material is extruded. The temperature adjusting stage includes: a work for heating the mandrel with a burner and applying a lubricant to the mandrel; a work for lowering the temperature of the mandrel by flowing a fluid in the inside of the mandrel and a work for confirming the temperature difference in the longitudinal direction in which the mandrel is extended. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forging die which, even in the manufacture of a forged product having, at the forward front end site, a corner part having an acute angle in horizontally sectional form formed by forward extrusion, can manufacture the product in one forging process to improve the productivity and does not cause a molding trouble such as cracking. SOLUTION: This forging die 11 is a die for use in the manufacture of a forged product 9 having, at the front end site 93, a corner part having an acute angle in horizontally sectional form formed by extruding a forging material 5 in a downward and forward direction. A die 34 for applying back pressure for pressing the forward front end face 93b from the downward part waits for the forging material 5 being extruded at a position below a start position M, at which the formation of the forward front end site 93 is started, by a predetermined distance D.
