    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for avoiding flaw of an enclosure compression molded without using foaming agent or without temperature control of resin. SOLUTION: In a method for compression molding an enclosure a base wall and a skirt of a periphery including female threads, thermoplastic resin is mixed with metal particles, and the particles are added in an elliptical or spherical form. The particles are given into enclosure resin carrier, and the carrier is then mixed together with resin. Melted mixed material is extruded from a nozzle, and cut into individual pellets. The respective pellets are cast in a cavity of a mold, the cavity is then closed, and the enclosure is compression molded.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To realize the uniform orientation of material in a cavity and consequently manufacture an annular permanent magnet, the uniform magnetization of which is obtained, by a method wherein an annular gate is provided at the inner peripheral or outer peripheral edge on one edge face of an annular cavity so as to pour plastic magnet material in the cavity from the gate. CONSTITUTION:Plastic magnet material, which is prepared by mixing ferrite with magnetic powder, is poured from an annular gate 6, which is provided 4 the inner peripheral edge part on the top surface side of an annular cavity 2, in the annular cavity 2. At the outer peripheral part of an isotropic annular permanent magnet produced by the above-mentioned method, the most part of particles of the magnetic powder distribute uniformly under the state that their directions of the thickness are directed radially, resulting in forming uniformly orientated state over the whole periphery on the gate side and on the counter-gate side alike.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To manufacture a sheet having a chain wherein conductive particles are nearly uniformly and spacedly placed, by mixing many conductive ferromagnetic balls in unhardened and unconductive polymer. CONSTITUTION: Many conductive ferromagnetic balls 16 are mixed previously in unhardened and unconductive polymer 12. Next, the polymer 12 is spread in a sheet 10, and the sheet 10 is hardened in a magnetic field, having alternate regions wherein regions having high and low magnetic field strength are neary uniformly and spacedly placed, and changing in space. When balls 16 mixed in the polymer sheet 10 are collected in the regions 22 and 24 having high magnetic field strength respective, the respective balls 16 form one or more chains 14, wherein the chains 14 are parallel to a magnetic line of force, and are aligned in range with each other, thereby placing the chains 14 in nearly uniformly and spacedly. The laterally directional interval between the chains 14 can be sufficiently controllable by adjusting a laterally directional interval between the regions 22 and 24.
