Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electronic tag of a structure in which a base material incorporating electronic components are difficult to exfoliate by clinch operation or the like, the incorporated electronic components protected by the base material are hard to damage, and the incorporated electronic components can be taken out of the base material if necessary. SOLUTION: A lower base material 5 and an upper base material 7 comprising thermoplastic elastomer of the same composition have recessed parts 6 and 8 in shape corresponding to outer shapes of the electronic components 9 formed. The electronic components 9 are housed in the concave parts 6 and 8, a member 10 in a state that the upper substrate and the lower substrate are laid upon each other is arranged inside a metal mold 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing long fiberreinforcing thermoplastic resin molding material in which fibers scarcely become loose at the time of transferring by improving impregnability of resin. SOLUTION: The long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material 10b is obtained by the steps of coating or impregnating continuous inorganic fiber bundle 1 with thermoplastic resin 2, cutting it in a predetermined length to cut materials 10a, then heating the materials 10a to a melting temperature or higher of the resin 2 in the state that the materials 10a are, for example, dispersed by a vibrating conveyor 11 so that the materials 10a are not substantially brought into contact with each other, melting the coated or impregnated resin 2, and cooling it.

본 발명의 분야는 사출 성형 공정에 의한, 특히 열가소성 수지로 제조된 부품의 오버몰딩을 위한, 중부가-가교 실리콘 조성물의 용도에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 하나의 요지는, 유리, 금속 또는 열가소성 수지로 제조된 경질 기판 및 실리콘 엘라스토머로 구성되며, 양호한 기계적 특성, 및 상기 기판과 실리콘 엘라스토머의 두 부분 사이에 고체 연결이 있도록 양호한 접착성을 갖는, 복합 물품의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 복합 물품은 전기 및 전자 장비, 자동차 및 의료 장비와 같은 매우 다양한 분야에서 사용되며, 이들은, 예를 들어 가전 제품, 소비재, 의료 장비 및 스포츠 및 레저 용품에서 발견할 수 있다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an injection mold for a fastening component and further reduce the cost of a single purpose machine or tool necessary for fastening the component by effectively using a general purpose machine such as molding press or injection molding machine. SOLUTION: In a fastening component-integrated interior base material 1, a plurality of fastening parts 4a to 4f are fixed by fusion bonding to a molding substrate 5 containing a thermoplastic resin and a plant fiber by injecting a thermoplastic resin 3 in a mold 2. The molding substrate 5 comprises 50 wt% each of the thermoplastic resin and a kenaf fiber, and by the heat of a melted PP resin therein, the PP resin entwines with an injected PP resin to obtain a strong fusion bonding. The interior base material 1 has a front face 1b which partially has a recessed face 1a at its center but is as a whole a projected face including a curved surface, and a rear face 1d which partially has a projected face 1c at its center but is as a whole a recessed face including the curved surface. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send wind to a cooling unit of a heating plate in the case of cooling after a belt end is heat-sealed by providing a wind-blowing means for blowing the wind toward the cooling unit of the plate. SOLUTION: The air-cooled belt joint heat-seal press comprises a die 0 disposing ends of a belt and set between a pair of heating plates 3 and 4, and heat- seals ends of the belt by heating by the plates 3, 4. In this case, cooling units 12, 14 are respectively provided at the plates 3, 4, and a wind blowing means 6 for blowing a wind toward the units 12, 14 is provided.
