SOLUTION: The crystalline polyester is obtained by polycondensing a monomer containing 0.1-1.0 mole % of a divalent aromatic compound and has a softening point of 85-150 deg.C; the polyester resin composition comprises the above crystalline polyester and an amorphous resin which is obtained by polycondensing a monomer comprising an alcoholic component containing 40 mole % or more of an aromatic compound having a bisphenol A skeleton; the toner-binding resin contains the above crystalline polyester or the above polyester resin composition; and the toner for electronic photography contains the above toner-binding resin.
